Hotel Best one

Staff not polite at all. First night we had an emergency and tried to contact staff but nobody was there. They are not answering on phone calls. Very dissapointed

Very quiet, good bus connection to darmstadt, clean but clearly and old room and you could smell cigarettes

The bed was too soft and the location is in the middle of nowhere.

Parking was free. There's a small supermarket nearby.

Somehow, the hotel was so hot that even with the windows wide open and a cool temperature outside the room was unbearable. The room was hotter during the night than it had been when I was in the sun during the day, it didn't even make sense. There were no net curtains to stop mosquitoes coming in but that ship had sailed anyway as every corner of the ceiling had little bugs. I was actually very close to grabbing some bedding and sleeping in my car. I shook out a 'clean' towel before I was about to use it and a collection of long black hairs fell out; I have blonde hair so absolutely not mine. At the foot of the bed I noticed the floor was dirty and there was a toenail. I usually sleep with the bathroom light on but not here, it sounded like a jet plane was about to take off as the extractor fan went into hyper mode and didn't have a cover on it. There was clearly a fire alarm in the room but not any more. The lamps on the walls didn't work, only the ceiling light. There was also some sort of beetle in the bed. The toilet seat was not fastened securely and there was no sink stopper - just an open waste pipe. The shower head was grubby and what sort of hotel has shower curtains that look grubby and just try to stick to you whilst showering?! The room was small, bed was small, and other than a small TV there is nothing for you. I had paid a small amount extra in another nearby hotel the night before and it was luxury compared to this one. I arrived at 8.15pm and staff were supposed to be there until 9pm but there wasn't anyone. Working out where my key was was like krypton factor. Then check out was supposed to be at 12 noon but some woman was knocking at my door at 9.45 telling me to pay. She was then grumpy when I said I would be 30 minutes and said she'd have to wait for me then, clearly trying to rush me. She didn't ask me how my stay was so here it is in a review for everyone to see. Awful, don't even bother.

No air-condition and even no mosquito-protection at windows. Only a small ventilator

Good value, rooms were clean and reasonably equipped given the low price.

Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The heating worked well.

The wifi did not work well in the area of our bed in the room.The room smelled kind of stale upon arrival.There was nobody to tell that the window was leaking badly during the rain.

The staff was kind when available, the rooms are clean, my room was clesn every day. The bed is comfortable and the wifi network is quite good. It is perfect option for people who need to stay in Rossdorf or surroundings

Our colleague stayed for two nights and the staff was really understanding that they will arrive late. They were very nice with our colleague and even offered them a coffee. They also sent us the invoice very quickly which makes our administrative work much simpler.

The location might be a little far if visiting Darmstadt Mitte. However the way to the Hotel is quite nice since it is across the forest.

The hotel has its own garage, and the parking space is very convenient.

Unfortunately! The choir in the room we checked was old and had problems! The back and legs of the chair are separated, which is a bit dangerous. Also, the bathroom uses a shower curtain, which covers and touched the body when taking a shower, which is very inconvenient!

Too warm in the room. Big windows, directly exposed to the sun, no clima.

Short walk from bus stop, so access to public transport was good.Excellent sleeping hotel, but nothing more than that.

The room was too hot, there was a fan, problem was the cord was too short, so I didn't use it.Building felt old, and you could hear the outside too much. Especially with ongoing construction work in front.

Reception people was very supportive, Hotel was clean and quite.Very near to Bus station and supermarket is very near also.

Place was very far from Frankfurt City.

Clean and nicely decorated room, clean and new bathroom, great bed! I slept well and it was quiet during the night. Great value for money at €45 for the night.

No complaints, at arival there where no towels in the bathroom but without asking they were brought to me about half an hour after my arrival.
