    Pros +

    • breakfast was great, dinner was pretty good one night and subpar the next. desk staff very pleasant, and the female restaurant/bar staff were also, but the male restaurant/bar staff were not so pleasant. they seemed a bit miserable. not creepy, just like they would rather not be doing service industry work anymore. the spa is pretty delightful. the grounds are really lovely. you can go for a nice walk in the woods directly from the hotel grounds. if they don't have live music in the summer, they should because they certainly have the space for small outdoor concerts. It's well above my usual price range but I'm not a big spender. I would return just for the spa.
    • This seemed to be the only hotel right inside town. The location was good to get to Seliunte for a day trip, and the bed was comfortable and breakfast adequate.
    • They didn’t inform us that there was no dinner after showing us the menu and telling us it opened at 19:30. It was a Sunday. The next night we went to the dining room only to find out that we were supposed to have booked our dinner. Luckily they fed us anyway. The shower was very good and they had a driver who could take us to and from the train for 20 euros each way.

    Cons -

    • the spa doesn't open until 10 a.m., and it closes earlier than i'd like also.
    • There was no wi fi at all in the room and no solution was offered by the front desk. A kind woman who had been there doing consulting work for the small hotel spa and was checking out when I was at the front desk getting no solution told the clerk to clean her room and we would move to it because she had wi fi. That worked. Also, front desk staff gave incorrect Salemi bus stop information to us and another quest. Luckily, we went to a helpful travel agency across the street. There were a few other things that exhibited disorganization. The breakfast waitress was excellent and the hotel served its purpose as a convenient place to stay to see Seliunte.
    • I called the hotel at 10pm to book a room but he told me we don't have any rooms and asked me my nationality and when I opened the booking app I found rooms and made the booking and when I arrived he started getting upset

Staff were very helpful. We dined in and had an excellent dinner prepared by the very caring chef who really looked after us.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, best so far on our trip. Room was large and comfortable. Spa needs to be booked and is extra. Roof terrace a nice addition. We used the hotel car to get to Selinunte Archeological park as the bus was not convenienkty timed, bus back.ok.

Breakfast was average. Location excellent for buses.

    Layout of room bad.

    10RachaelPosted on: 9-18-2024

The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was nice.

If we were staying longer than one night we would have liked a room with a window with a proper view and better wifi.

This Hotel is nice and with very friendly staff who speak perfect English. They let us leave our bags for a few hours before we left . We arrived by bus which dropped us out of town, the hotel does have a driver to pick people up we found out later. We left from the train station which is a 10 min walk away.Hotel is in the centre so close to everything.I would stay there again

A late night stay, convenient to get in around 10.30pm. Good cheap price for one night

    9MartinPosted on: 5-13-2024

    Decent place. Clean. Friendly staff.

    Spa was overpriced. Street parking.

    8FrancescoPosted on: 3-15-2024

The room was big, with a kitchen area. It was easy to find and free parking was not too hard to find. The people working there were very nice.

The breakfast was not great. There is only machine coffee which isn’t good. They did get some fresh bread the second and third day. The bed was not comfortable- it is hard and the pillows are also very hard. The kitchen needs a frying pan and pot big enough to cook for 2-3. Also plates, silverware and cups. There were only plates, forks, and knives for 2.

    6AnnalisaPosted on: 3-14-2024

The room was nice and very clean, the bunk beds for our daughter she loved and the hotel was very kind to our small dog.

The shower didn’t work. It would get really hot for about 1 minute and then freezing cold and not get hot again. We could not shower during our stay. The walls were also thin so we heard multiple guests in the evening.

    Superb

Breakfast was nothing special we were 4 people and only 2 boiled eggs thay had for us not enough bread no capuccino the rest of the room was excellent

Location - size of room - proximity to Selinunte archeological park

Parking on the street, though the town is quiet and it is not difficult to park - breakfast could be slightly better though I can't complain of the offering

    10GeorgePosted on: 11-4-2023

Large comfortable room at a very reasonable price.

    8SarahPosted on: 10-7-2023

Great location in Castelvetrano. The staff was very accommodating. The interior was a little aged, but that has it's charm as well. It's very clean otherwise. Parking in the area is easy. The bus for a tour to Selinunte stops around the corner.

The interior is a bit dated.

    9WolfgangPosted on: 10-4-2023

Very efficient, clean, comfortable and fantastic location.

Breakfast was a bit too much focussed on cakes. With some fresh fruits or other fresh things it could have been better. But given good price and sunny terrace for the breakfast no complaints really.
