Comfortable and spacious room, tasty breakfast. Quiet room, efficient heating. Friendly staff who did everything to make our stay a success.

Quiet room, comfortable bed

No hygiene products in the bathroom, location out of the way for downtown but good for train station and airport.

The location was great as it was close to the airport. It was good to have the little kitchen. We were driven to the airport the next morning. Staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. It had a good sized pool.

It had a funny smell. Air con was tempermental. No cable TV or media channels.

Location, comfortable bed, very helpful staff, 24hour staff at reception and somewhere pleasant to sit outside.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work so very hot all night.

We were greeted by charming, informative staff. Our upgraded room was spacious and well fitted. The bed was very comfortable and the terrace overlooked the beautiful pool.

There was no welcome pack - tea/coffee etc. We bought water from the Reception staff. There were extensive road works outside making it difficult to walk. The nearest open restaurant was a 15 minute walk away. The supermarket was a 20 minute walk. Perhaps this could all be mentioned when booking the room so guests can come prepared. We also bought a bottle of wine from Reception - it was without exception the worst bottle of wine I have tasted in France - undrinkable.

The pool area looked great. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of it. The staff were over the top helpful in recommendations, technical assistance and getting us to and from the airport.

Hotel could use a facelift.

Comfortable night sleep

Having a 300€ pre-authorisation put on my bank card in case I trashed the room! We are mid 60s..... never had this happen before. Due to this I would definitely not stay here again.

Didn’t look as good as the pictures. Gym equipment not great. Booked aa thought it was a better hotel. However wish I had booked one more central as didn’t use gym as weights were not good. Pool was nice but not as nice a pictures and a lot smaller and shaded.

C'etait très propre! The hotel looked new, the pool was pretty, and the beds were comfortable! There were lots of restaurants within walking distance too. We loved it!

The swimming pool was good, as was the parking. The bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was good to chill out on. We especially liked the late checkout at 12pm.

We arrived shortly before 9pm, tired. The receptionist lady was leaving the premises with a car. She saw us coming in, yet she left and was absent for about 15 minutes. When she finally came back, she said that the swimming pool had been closed already when we had arrived (it closes at 9pm). Then she informed us that we needed to block a deposit of 300 Euro on our credit card. I asked what the purpose of the deposit was, she said that that was the hotel policy, in case of any damage (?!). I asked for what period the deposit was to be blocked, she said up to 48 hours after departure. Then she said that if I didn't like it, I could leave (!!). Then she asked if we wanted to have breakfast in the morning. We asked if we could take our time till the morning to decide. She said no, they had to make arrangements. Then we declined the breakfast.I saw some nice reviews about the hotel, and it probably is such, but just one staff member can ruin everything.

The room is modern and clean. The hotel is not too far from the train station Montpellier Sud de France

It is not possible to walk from the train station to the hotel because there is no sidewalk nor street light at night, it is dangerous. I chose this hotel because I thought I could go there by walking.The pool was closed in beginning of June, despite hot temperatures. No kettle in the room.
