RECEPTION

Location for the parc expo was perfectLovely staff that smiledCleanModernEasy

Excellent location, ideal for the one night I stayed due to an early morning check in.The staff on the front desk were friendly and efficient with my booking, the restaurant was busy but this did not impact any additional waiting.

It's small but I felt the Towels were hard and relatively thin, this is a personal preference of mine to have a nice cotton towel so not a deal breaker if I was going to book the hotel again.

Good hotel for traveling and also for sightseeing.Comfortable beds and sufficient bathroom.Parking behind the ramp.Nice hotel in a better IBIS standard. You can't hear the airport, it was ok here.On the ground floor there is a pub with a restaurant.

Nothing major, just a bit far to the shop or cafe.It took a while for us to turn on the heat and the room to warm up.

Clean room, helpful staff, comfy beds, super easy walk to the airport

The diner at Ibis Style was not good, food was cold (fries, nuggets and soup)

It’s the third time we stay here, always during the same period. The location is wonderful. The staff is great.

I would suggest to put a hair dryer in the rooms.

It's a budget hotel, everything was perfect except for the room temperature.

Cold room, when we arrived it was at 18 degrees, the heater works very slowly (it took 3h to reach a maximum of 20 degrees). Staff told us that it was normal to take 2-3 hours to heat, if we had the reservation why did nobody heat it in advance???

Clean comfortable good restaurant

Clean comfortable good restaurant

Room size and hotel structure.

Location. There is nothing around.

Walking distance Montpellier airportFriendly staffGood bar and restaurant

Comfortable room, big bed, very efficient dark shadows Good value for money

Too basic, not to spaciousNo hairdryer in the room

Price and customer service

Mattress was too soft and Gym was not available for my reservation.

Bikes allowed in the room. Breakfast. Parking. Good price.

Nothing in particular.

The bar and restaurant under the Ibis Styles was very nice and affordable.

Let's face it, the clue is in the name, 'Budget' - and it was! I went down to reception to see if we could upgrade to the Ibis Styles nextdoor only to be told that as I had gone to the room, I had now accepted it, so I couldn't upgrade without fully paying for both rooms. We asked about an airport shuttle between the hotel and the airport. It turns out to be the public bus with other passengers and goes once every 30 minutes or so. We took a taxi and it cost 30 euros!

Great location by the airport. Great staff. Good restaurant with friendly staff.

pillows on bed are small

Fine hotel of the chain, better than average, modern, clean and easy to reach. Friendly staff, safe free parking, good breakfast and fairly priced restaurant

The room was spotless and comfortable, giving the feeling that we were the first guests to ever stay there. We traveled with kids, and everyone loved it! The staff was friendly, and the free parking was definitely a huge plus.

We couldn't find a hair dryer — it would be good to have one in the room. The breakfast selection was quite simple, offering only a limited range of items.

10 mins from airport great bar /restaurant

Advertised as triple room but just double room with crap single bed shoehorned in beside . No bedside tables or plugs . No kettle/fridge type amenities . Felt like a cell

great facility that made it...

Enjoyed a nice dinner. Waitress needed a bit more experience with the menu ordering app on her phone. She forgot to order the desserts.
