Ibis Marseille Marignane Technopole

It was not 2.5km from airport, unless you count jumping the fence to get to the back runway. It was a 20min cab ride. Shuttle is ?20 per person, and they wouldn?t answer their phone. Evening checkin person forgot to call for our morning cab.

It is a brand new hotel, and apparently doesn¿t show up on GPS yet. Walking distance to several restaurants, a bakery, and a grocery store. Staff was very friendly.

It was nice once we got the second room and the air conditioner worked. We slept well and we got up and left for the airport early.

The first room we walked into, had not been cleaned. The bed was unmade. There was towels all over the floor. It was not made was not cleaned, and the air conditioner didn’t work. We immediately got moved to another room. Also, the guy at the desk did not speak English, so we had a really hard time communicating. He was French only which is very odd when you’re in the industry in a motel or a restaurant, but it was OK we we will not go back nor will we recommend.

Near the airport. The evening staff person was helpful in booking a very early ride to the airport.

Very bare bones facility. In an industrial area. It was necessary to give a deposit to use a hair dryer. We had to ask for towels and toilet tissue. The morning staff person didn’t know that we had already paid.

Breakfast was simple but fine- the location near the airport was perfect provided one has a car.The hotel is super quiet.

The muzak in the lobby was unnecessary and very bad. No music at all would have been much better...

The hotel is new, close to the airport and was exactly as described. It dis have a hairdryer and the parking was free and had lots of free spaces.

Noticed a few small holes in the sheets and some dust on the floor. Cleaning the floor could be better.

It was located next to a superMarket and bakery.

I thought it was closer to the airport. It’s very remote.

Efficient, perfect for staying near the airport of Marseille before or after a flight. Very friendly & professional staff, comfortable rooms, pleasant atmosphere with a clean and modern aesthetic.

We had only one toilet paper role and towel per person, there was no hair dryer. Compared to other ibis hotels I've been to (e.g. in Bilbao or Berlin), this one had a much weaker offer for breakfast. Some service was lacking, such as no soap (it was not refilled) in the shower.

It was close to the airport with a supermarket and restaurants within a 2 minute walk.

Rooms were quite basic.

Perfect for a quick night stay with the family (5 people) before flying out the following day. Got two rooms for a reasonable price. There are a 3 or 4 restaurants right beside the hotel which gives you a few options and these are all less than 2 min walk so great for kids. We were diving so didn't need a shuttle bus and there is a garage 4 mins away to fill up on petrol before giving the rental back and airport is another 10 mins. Its an easy drive in the morning.

A kettle in the room would be nice but apart from that, nothing!

Good and quiet location.

The good things is a friendly staff, good location and good internet.But: there is no refrigerator and hairdryer. There are only two bath towels and one for feet, no face towels. Towels are changed every day, but the bed has not been changed once in 7 days. The floors in the room are not washable. There are no bedside tables, only a chair and a small ottoman are made of furniture.

Location was good and quiet. Friendly staff and clean room.

Beds were just ok and the room was a little warm, but overall not bad.
