It was close to Hachinohe station. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. There are luggage lockers and locks if you need to leave them for a while after checkout. You can still sit in the lounge area if you need to. The staff were kind and helpful.

Breakfast was very delicious. The breakfast area is also a nice lounge area in the evening. There is parking for a fee.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The value far exceeded the price. The breakfast was homey, which I loved. All in all, well worth the price.

The rooms were a little too small but I didn’t expect anything more, so that was okay.

The hotel was walking distance to the main train station. It was a clean and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful stuff. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good value for their money!

Breakfast was good. Library/lobby was amazing. The selection of books was really good, but only in Japanese.

There was only body soap no hand soap in the room.

It's a Comfort Hotel. It's right next to the Shinkansen station. It'll do what you need it to. Staff was very friendly and let me deposit bags free of charge for a day. Parking and car rental options right around. Many places to eat around the station. Bed was quite comfortable, standard Japanese bathroom unit.

Not the best I've had even for business hotels. Window had a small gap at the bottom (failing o-ring?) and I had to put a towel there to not freeze at night. That said, I have no doubts staff would have fixed it or given me another room if I had asked, but I didn't care much for the few nights.

Location, clean, has all that is needed. The staff is super supportive and kind. Good quality for the reasonable cost.

I had to ask for a second pillow - I sleep with two pillows (so a personal requirement)

They are in renovations and one of the elevators was smelling like paint, to people like me with lung problems is a huge problem, otherwise I would give a 10

Just out of Hachinohe station. Super convenient to explore Hachinohe by train. Value for money. Complementary drinks and simple (but tasty) buffet breakfast.

Hotel was clean, staff were helpful - the afternoon drink was a great pick-me-up, location was very convenient to catch the Shinkansen.

A little out of the way to see most of the city. You definitely need a car to explore Hachinohe fully.

Comfort Hotels are reliably solid. It's right next to the train station, has reasonably sized rooms for a business hotel and had the benefit of the free breakfast. The laundry facilities were appreciated and the vending machines had a decent selection. For the price you pay, it's hard to complain.

Be aware that Hachinohe train station isn't in the most interesting part of the city. This hotel is great for getting to the station, but all the bars and restaurants are a local train ride away, and this isn't Tokyo, so the service isn't regular. If you're stopping over for a night or on business, you're good. However, if you're looking to spend some time exploring Hachinohe, you might be better going for somewhere closer to the areas of interest.

The hotel provided late check in, breakfast and luggage delivery service. It was within walking distance to Hachinohe Station. It is a business hotel, so we were prepared for the small room as we only needed a place to sleep. I wouldn't recommend an extended stay here, but it is perfect for an overnight stay.

Home-cooked Japanese buffet-style breakfast, lots of options! Great location with sufficient parking space for rental cars.

Shower - adjusting water temperature is a little tricky.

This hotel was very convenient and had car parking on the block for a small fee, which was very convenient for us. The included breakfast was nice and the staff were also.

The only thing that I didn't like was that they are transitioning to automatic check in and out with a machine. There was a very helpful young woman there to assist this time, but I don't look forward to managing the machine on my own.
