Pros +
- Good location for coming by with a car. Friendly staff.
- The property was in a reasonable location if you can drive. The room was large.
- The staff were friendly.
Cons -
- Outdated room, and I got a smokers room. Something I didn't request.
- Staff were a little rude, and one made a mistake with our room, we booked and paid extra for a non smoking and they put us in a smokers room. We did complain and a kind staff member eventually changed our room.
- It was very dated. We choose this hotel hoping for a nice place to relax, but it was more of a business hotel. That's on us tho.

Staff , facilities, location
Everything was fine, clean (apart from the kettle), friendly staff, delicious food & a great view from the restaurant at the top.
The kettle in the room smelt REALLY bad as if stale water had been left in there for a long time. Didn’t dare open it or use it.
good value decent sized room, staff very friendly.
The hotel is quite old and there was a strong smell of smoke on the floor we stayed.
Close to town.Older hotel but well maintained and clean. Staff very nice and helpful
The bed was comfortable, the room was a reasonable size and the price was good. The staff made it seem like a classy place.
The hotel is now quite dated, especially in the rooms. The bathroom was one of the smallest I’ve seen in Japan. The nearest convenience store was 280 meters from the hotel.
I booked non smoking room but that room like a smoking room because all over the room smoking smell
