Staff were so friendly and helpful

Rooms did not fit more than 2 people and we are a family of 5

I like how responsive and courteous the staff was upon check in and throughout the stay. Rooms are small (as expected for Japan) but had everything I needed for my stay!

An economical no nonsense business hotel

A bit too small room for our liking & only 1 lift in the hotel. Breakfast didn't much option for vegetarians, especially we were surprised on lack of any fruits or cereals.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great, with lots of options. And the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. We had a fantastic time.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. There is a coin laundry machine available and the location is fairly easy to get toThey have dinner and breakfast options for a very good price

The smoke. The 5th floor is a smoking floor, which also happens to be where the laundry is. It also means that the elevators always smelled of smoke and for someone who has asthma, this made breathing incredibly difficult everytime I needed to go up or down to my room. Unfortunately I wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Location about 10 mins walk to many restaurants. The manager Ms sukurai was very very helpful . As she can speak English , she helped us with some of the restaurant bookings.. it would have been difficult for us since we can’t speak Japanese . We really appreciate the assistance .

The bed was tucked to a corner and for the person sleeping in the inner side, tucked against the wall, it’s hard to get off the bed without disturbing the other person

The hotel is centrally located and offers free parking on-site for its guests. The staff were professional and attentative. The traditional bathroom featuring a stool and bowl was quirky but nice for such a seemingly modern business.

The bed was downright uncomfortable. Its thin mattress did very little to cushion the hard, rigid metal frame underneath. We resorted to stuffing the extra pillows and winter blanket under the mattress to lessen the chafing. Offering a good night's sleep is the core service a hotel should aim to provide, but these beds simply ruin the experience.

Bed was nice and the bathroom was great. Liked the breakfast very much!

Room a bit weird for 2 big open suitcases

The location was ok.

Rooms have to many things in the table, the room is too small to have so much publicity. And bathroom need to be updated.

Friendly staff ! Location close to the Art Museum.

The hotel cleanliness was very disappointing (spots on the wall and mold in the bathroom) and so was the bedding. The location is quite remote from the Shinkansen station (Hachinoe).

Big free parking lot for self driving.Great stuff and services, helped a lot with shipping our forgotten luggage.

Carpet bugs and small insect in the window.

Great room and amenities !We took the breakfast for very cheap and it was really good and convenient (it opens very early)

Bed was comfortable, aircon unit worked well, and location was great

Close to the main street for nightlife and a direct bus to the Sunday Market stops directly outside.

The hotel is a great value for money with all the necessary facilities and equipment for both a short and longer stay. The room was fairly small, but comfortable, with enough space to work if you are traveling on the go.

The carpark was convenient. The reception lobby was lovely, and the staff were kind. The hotel was clean. The room was also clean, good size for just two people. Shower was great! Some amenities provided and toilet was a good standard. The mirrors were useful and the TV had the wifi on it, very cool. Had a good 6th story view too. Air conditioner was helpful for the summer heat. Was relatively close to the highway and food places. The room design was cool, I thought.

My friend has a weak back and the bed was not comfortable for them. The bathroom door had a gap underneath so it didn't feel very private especially when I had to poo. I would also like that they provide new towels or sheets outside our door next time.
