Hachinohe Grand Hotel

waaaw really appreciate ,room are spacious excellent breakfast with nice view

i do like all

The room was huge with a nice view, not too far from the station and right next to the museum and main downtown area. The breakfast buffet was simply awesome and they had free flight of local sake in the evening. The staff was also unfailingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were just a tad dated but clean and updated where it mattered with the wallpaper and carpet. I actually loved the 70s vibe of the furniture. Bed was also super comfortable.

The washlet on the toilet was older and not heated. Not that I can't live without it, but if you're going to have them ...Also there was some noise from other rooms but stopped at night. And one night I could smell smoke.

Room is spacious and clean.

A bit far from the train station.

Location was convenient to the train station. The bathroom was great. The elevators were fast with no waiting.

The room was warm and the AC did not work. The room needed more effective lighting.

Large, well equiped room. Helpful staff at check in. Filter coffee provided to make in the room. Reasonable price; value for money would have been better if I hadn't had to leave early. Decent walking distance from Hon Hachinohe railway station.

All the other hotels closer to where I wanted to be were fully booked. But that's no criticism of the Hachinohe Grand Hotel. Under the circumstances it was a very pleasant stay.

Lovely retro feel with spacious rooms, Very helpful staff and close to great yokocho areas

Spectacular. Big rooms. Comfortable atmosphere

Parking was confusing, but mostly due to the fact that I do not speak nor read Japanese. Additionally, the beds weren’t the most comfortable

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. It was perfectly clean, and the short walk to the train station was perfect. The room is very small, so I wouldn't want to stay here for more than 1-2 nights. However it was perfect for my needs, which was a clean room near the train station at a good price.

The room was small, but that's what I expected. I didn't have the breakfast, which was a standard Japanese breakfast.

Very comfortable and centrally located. Lots of options at breakfast. Staff was helpful. Not much English, but we were able to communicate.

Easy to find. Large room. Good price. Great staff.

Rooms too hot. No air conditioning in rooms to control yourself.

Excellent central, quiet location close to downtown shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Cheap parking in front of hotel. Polite, elegant front desk staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the little perks offered at check-in, such as the free bath salts bar, alternative choice of shampoo, and welcoming sample of local sweets. Clean, very spacious room.

Lighting was not to our taste, but sufficient. Mattresses were a little worn out.

Not a Japanese speaking individual the staff was very patient with and accommodating to me while I struggled with Google Translate and many times properly interpreting what I was needed even before I could finish typing. I greatly appreciate that!

Good property for the money-very clean and classy aesthetic.

There is some covered parking, good for off season but would probably run out during the summer. Breakfast was a set menu instead of a buffet. Again, probably because it is off season and COVID though

The staff were exceptionally polite and very helpful. Twin room and bathroom was of adequate size. Free parking. Clean

Single room bathroom was a bit small. Pillows were a bit hard.

Art museum right next door. Yokocho in walking distance.

Room size and stunning view!

The room is big and comfortable.

It's a bit old.

Very big and nice rooms

Very very clean
