This is probably Booking.com's mistake, but we got charged extra for a person. Although we asked for a non-smoking room, it was clearly a.smoking room. It stank like an ashtray. Got charged 900 yen for parking.

Large room, laundry facilty, and exceptionally friendly staff!!

We had an excellent breakfast with plenty of choices—something for everyone, from local specialties to more familiar options. The hotel itself was peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were attentive and helpful, making everything run smoothly. A really comfortable stay overall.

The location is great and also price is quite competitive.

Good location - the property is located near the city center, making it easy to access historical landmarks, sea coast and railway station. The accommodations were quite comfortable.

Daiwa is quite a reliable brand so as per all Daiwa hotels, for this hotel, 1) the room is very clean and not too small2) the staff are very helpful and polite. In fact, the intern who served me on that day was very helpful and polite too. He helped me call the restaurant to confirm my booking reservation. The full time staff are always stationed there to assist if needed. The funny thing is that they will greet every time the lift opens at the reception floor (the lift always stops at the reception floor) 3) the staff can understand English4) wide variety of good amenities. This hotel even provides onsen powder5) Coin washing machines available. However, they are usually not used :D. Not sure if people are not aware of it or not many tourists visiting the tohoku area. 6) great location. It is near hon-hachinohe station, hachinohe port museum and miroku yorocho. The bus stop to sunday morning market is 3min walk away. 7) bed is comfortable8) convenience store downstairsIn addition, the bathtub is big

Nothing. The room may seem basic but i am happy with it.

Located on a main street, the hotel is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bus stations. It even has a convenient store downstairs - great for evening snacks! The staffs was very professional, friendly and helpful. The amenities on offer were pretty good too.

With the quite high room rate, the hotel should think of automatically providing two quality pillows per guest instead of just one.
