Very simple very basic hotel in Touluse

Big queue on check in

Clean and quiet, attentive staff

Unfortunately arrived on Sunday evening so, no dining or bar !

Really lovely comfortable beds. The room smelt really fresh and clean. The room was fairly compact but all we needed for a quick stop.

Easy check in, place to charge my car, clean room. Coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed.

The property has parking, rooms are clean.

Tv took a while to setup, room gets too hot AC wasn’t working, and key card stopped working everyday.

Avoid, if you don't want...

Facilities it says air conditioning available but unfortunately no air conditioning was available we had to leave window and door open to cool the room, staff attitude was not good when complained, no fan was available, couldn't sleep properly cos weather was hot, misleading information in description of the property.

Great hotel, lovely, helpful staff. Very central location with good amenities on sight and nearby. Will definitely use again.

the location was great as its near the clinque union so close by for the early start the next morning. check out was 11am so i was able to wait in the room instead of at the hospital (for my husband) bed was super comfortable bathroom very clean great breakfast in the morning note we stayed on a sunday night but the restaurant was closed as well as the next door vietnamese reastaurant so only close by was mc donalds or burger king

couldnt get the coffee machine nespresso to work correctly but made a cup of tea instead

Reception friendly and spoke good English. Car park close to room. Clean and comfortable.

Stairways could do with updating and better signage to room numbers.

The staff was very nice and amenable.The TV was equipped with Netflix and YouTube.

This hotel is not better than a low-cost or a motel for the price of a mid-range hotel. Not worth the money, the F1 or the Cyberhotel in front will be a better option. The rooms have a non-existent sound insulation, your room neighbors will be your roommates as them opening the faucet sounds like your own robinet was opened so I let your imagine when people chat, scream or are engaged in adult activities. To complete the scene you might have a room on the ground floor that is literally on the parking and will be force to live with curtains shut and window shut. Do not believe you will be able to escape this scenery by maybe watching something, the WiFi quality was so bad that I just used my phone as a WiFi point. All costs are reduce to the maximum, for exemple you will have no hand towel or hair towel, only one single towel that will be use for everything and will never be changed untill you leave. Mediocre, keep your money by going to the two other so so hotel on the same street but for half the price.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable. Location was good as just off the motorway. Nice to have a kettle and drinks.Directly across the road is a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant great food and staff.

Disappointed that on a Friday night the restaurant wasn't open. We asked receptionist if she knew any local restaurants and she pointed to McDonalds! Asked if the bar would be open she said yes only to find it wasn't! We didn't get offered breakfast so overall poor staff information.

Good value motel style hotel on outskirts of toulouse. Clean rooms and comfy beds clean bathroom.

The staff was friendly and smiling.Parking could be locked.Just needed a place to rest and the beds were very good.There was a bathtub and it was very relaxing

Ease of access from A61, clean, new decor, very good reception. Next to a fantastic Vietnamese restaurant.

No restaurant on the night we were there.

the receptionist was the highlight of our visit. She was very helpful, professional, and at the same time very friendly. She was a very good representative for Campanile.

Breakfast could have been upgraded with a better selection of pastries.

For two people, one chair is not sufficient to sit on. Not everyone wants to sit on the bed.

Clean and comfortable and easy to find.
