Hotel Premiere Classe Toulouse Nord - L'Union

Bad

Almost everything, worst part is the bathroom. Its so small that you cant have a proper shower. You cant even open the door of the bathroom fully as it hits your bed! Lastly, even the google map location isnt accurate and it left us on the middle of the road. Stranded on the middle of the road with our luggage, we called at the reception requesting the actual address which they sent, but took more than 15 minutes and 2 phone calls!

The cleanliness

The staff was not really helpful. We asked for rooms close by and we got the 3 rooms in three floors. No acensors/lifts. The room had a problem with heating and we got another room that had the similar issue!

Great budget hotel, comfortable beds, clean, secure parking.

Good price, secure parking. Okay shower (if unusual to see an enclosed shower/toilet wet room). Close to airport. Aircon worked well. Large sink area.

Room was small (bathroom door hit the bed when opening). Needed some TLC - damagedlights in the room & no working light in porch.

The location close to a very good restaurant.

We asked for a ground floor room and walk in shower because my wife is disabled, The door to the toilet and shower could not open fully because the bed prevented it from opening, to get onto the toilet was very difficult and your knees pushed the shower curtain. (a skinny athlete would have great difficulty using the toilet or the shower) We found the room unwelcoming and I was fooled by the hotel being named PREMIERE CLASSE?????

The location was very good

The room was dirty and it smelt very bad of cigarette smoke

only the breakfast was satisfactory

The room was dirty and old, the curtain was hanging down, the size of the toilet was very small and stains on the walls. I’m sure I got some bites from the bed. The parking was secure which was good. However check in was almost impossible the time we arrived late at 23:00. The code wouldn’t let us in the gate, luckily a French man staying arrived and helped us in, but even then when we checked in on the screen system our cards weren’t excepted, the French guy reckons it only accepted French cards. So he paid on his card and luckily I paid him cash. DONT stay here!

Good location, just off motorway. Restaurants nearby walking distance

Breakfast was a bit sparse. Would have been nice to have cheese and ham. No soap in shower or toilet

The chap who run it was very nice and helpful.A very good Vietnamese restaurant across the road.

Worst premier classe I have stayed in, needs knocking down and rebuilding.

Perfectly adequate for the price

Some routine maintenance required in the rooms

Location only

It was grim. In my opinion it needs knocking down.

What you see is what you get. People complaining when they paid £45 for a night???

The security gate does not shut... Shame

The lady in reception was very helpful

Bathroom too small

The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Exceptional
