Pros +
- The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, providing information about riding the Metro, ATM locations and local restaurants.
- The breakfast was adequate and basic but much like what was expected. The coffee machine worked okay although machine made coffee isn’t great. Baked foods were fresh and tasty. Overall a clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff.
- The staff was lovely and incredibly helpful, and the location is right on the Camino.
Cons -
- The room HVAC was a little loud. The breakfast was very small and offered no choice.
- Tub mat was slippery, tv didn’t work and breakfast coffee didn’t satisfy.
- The breakfast was extremely basic. The bed was uncomfortable — you can feel the springs. The showerhead sprayed upward and made a mess, and the bathtub plug was smaller than the drain, so I couldn’t really use it (one of the reasons I booked this room was the bathtub). While I was sitting at breakfast, there was a leak from the ceiling, and during the heavy rain, some water even came into the room through the window. If I ever come back to the area, I definitely won’t stay there again.

Room, bed and bathroom were all very clean. The breakfast was simple but good. The staff was very cheerful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport and stores.
I would have enjoyed a larger cup of coffee.
good breakfast, location close to airport
Outdated bathroom. Walk in shower suggested. Especially for older clients. Matresses were very soft and pillows were old and small,.
Clean comfortable room with friendly staff
Needed more outlets in room for charging devices
Everything Very polite guys in the check in and in the morning Room and bathroom in great shape Fantastic breakfast
Close to airport and convenient for an overnight layover.
Rooms were not updated and were gloomy. Could not have done more than an overnight layover.
Central and true to its age
The small elevator. Rickety bed. Need to be informed of breakfast being continental not buffet. Anyone with allergies appeared not catered for.
Airport, breakfast, room. Close proximatey to airport, car hire, restaurant
Everything good!
The room was on a bus line but also walking distance to the sights of Porto. Very clean, great view. Good bed. Small kitchen. Friendly staff. Modest breakfast for modest charge. Highly recommend!
Comfortable. Staff was amazingly helpful and amicable. A joy to speak to. Even offered to make us a small lunch as we had a early morning flight.
Nothing to point out.
we enjoy our quiet room, the break fast, the parking and the district around near the airport.
Carlos greeted me on arrival, very helpful, friendly, funny and lifted my case to the lift for me, as I am disabled. Very large bedroom, clean fresh crisp white sheets and blankets. The bed and pillows were really comfortable.
Tiniest lift I've ever seen and made me feel a little panicky, but I can't use the stairs. There were 2 "gentlemen" at the reception desk when I was struggling to get out of the lift. There are a few steps to the lift, so not wheelchair friendly. I was struggling to get my case down the steps as I am a crutch user and I had my coat and handbag too. NEITHER of them even attempted to help me! That is a first and I found this unacceptable and rude! They were pleasant enough, but clueless in how to look after their clients Very limited options at breakfast. The milk was warm and I didn't realise until I went to eat my cornflakes and it wasn't a pleasant taste Not disabled friendly. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, but it wasn't nice at all, so I didn't make a cup of tea like I usually would. The orange juice tasted just like flavoured water it had been diluted down too much and wasn't great. I ordered my taxi and made my way to the reception. I was struggling to get through the heavy front door with my case and handbag. The man at the reception finally got up and helped me with the door, but continued to watch me struggle down the few steps to the taxi. A course in customer service would be good for those two chaps that morning. I have never been allowed to struggle anywhere in the world like that before and that's where they lost me as a returning customer. Shame really as I really liked the room and ensuite bathroom
The staff were so friendly and super helpful.
The beds were a little noisy as was the toilet flush but it didn’t spoil our lovely stay
There was no one to check me in at the time indicated and had to wait in the lobby for nearly 45 minutes.
No money is being invested in it. I used the hotel on a recommendation from someone I just met. I can only assume the person disliked me.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the same outside in the corridor and common areas. A nice and relaxing lounge area. The breakfast was very good with fresh products. The location is great, close to the airport and to a shopping centre and other amenities.
There was a fan working all night that could be listened to inside the room which made our rest difficult.
I stayed for 1 night and the best thing was there were 2 double beds and 1 single bed in my roomWhich was brilliant for me and the family.
Room needs a bit of updating i know its a 2 star hotel
2kms from the airport, with free street parking, and no problem getting an Uber car at 7am which cost 5€ , so I saved on the stress of an early drive from Vigo and also on the parking costs. Simple buffet breakfast was ready at 6.30am although it is supposed to start at 7.00. Beds were comfortable. There is a shopping centre 5mins walk away. Bar was open for a beer.
Room was cold, although there were blankets in the wardrobe. We could hear the neighbours talking. The bathroom was very dated pink walls and blue bathroom suite. ?
very good if travelling from porto airport the next day, its so close! free parking and free breakfast. the room was spacious, friendly staff
