Only coffee is from a vending machine until 6:30 when restaurant opens … check-in person was extremely slow even after indicating I was in a time crunch

It was hot, humid and stuffy in my room and I could only open the windows to cool it off. So it was still humid when it cooled off. Staff came to my room to help me, even though they couldn't completely fix the problem.

The location. A couple of the staff that I interacted with were quite friendly.

The staff the people at the front desk, the restaurant and hotel employee was a very nice.

Friendly and helpful staff, close to airport.

The breakfast food was not great. Very little selection of fruit. Only fruit cup nothing fresh. But we made it work. Pricey for what you get.

Proximity to airport

The heat didn’t work in the room, so cold . But I made a claim and they changed us of room , on this new one the heat worked

Location: very close to the airport. Coffee machine in the the bedroom. I liked the furniture for leave the bags, the table and seats/sofa in the bedroom.

I needed a place to stay before catching a very early flight and this hotel was perfect! The staff was very friendly and responsive. The room was fantastic...quiet and very comfortable! There was even a dinner buffet that evening. Overall, its a great place to reset before heading out on a long flight home.

Closeness to airport; staff was very friendly and accommodating. They upgraded me which I was not expecting.

The room was basic but perfect for my needs. Very close to the airport with many shuttle times from the hotel to the airport. Very clean room, friendly staff. Manuel, who works in the dining room was exceptional. Speaks multiple languages, friendly and welcoming.

Location was excellent. I used the shuttle to travel to the airport. Because it’s so close to the airport, I could walk to the airport in less than 10 minutes.

I was not excited about having to pay for parking.

we enjoyed the buffet dinner not worth the price but it was good. Also, loved the staff and their airport shuttle service

We had to post for parking. Room could have used more pillows, that being said I could have easily asked for more too.

Very close to the airport, so convenient when one arrives late or has to catch an early flight. Room is spacious and clean.

I like that the personal there is very friendly. You always feel welcome. I have been there several times now and it is very convenient because it is so close to the airport. The hotel even takes you or brings you to the airport for a small fee. The room is always very clean. Thanks for serving the travelers. There is also a Restaurant there. People were nice to me there when I needed something.

Up to the moment I have no complaints.

Close to airport, 8 minute walk. Rooms were smaller but comfortable. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Parking is steep if you want in and out. It shd be free for guests. We only spent 1 night before flying out.

The hotel was more than we expected. Very clean, attentive staff and great location.

The tv didn’t have easy access to popular streamings like Netflix and prime. Not a big deal since we just stayed for a night, but it would’ve been nice to have it.

Staff very friendly, location cannot be beaten. You can walk to the airport and the hotel offers shuttles every 20 minutes to the airport for only EUR $3.

Rooms are very simple, however the cleanliness was excellent.
