Great location for a very early flight. We needed to be at the airport at 4am. Only 10 minutes walk to the airport and the street lighting was very good.

The location is quite good, very near the airport, can walk there within 10mins, but the room is underground, so there‘s a damp smell, but the staffs are quite good and polite.

Walls were so thin we could hear the family next door talking and hear their pee stream.

I have never written a negative review before, but this experience was terrible. Room 004, which we were given, was (I think) the only one facing the road and had a poor-quality window, so there was so much noise from the road that it was impossible to sleep for even a minute throughout the night. Cars and even people talking on the road going to the airport all night made it impossible to sleep. I had a terrible sleepless night. The bathroom was also 30 years old and did not match the photos on the booking website. The toilet was leaking, so every 5 minutes you could hear a sound as if someone was using the toilet – I managed to fix it, so at least you couldn't hear the sound from the toilet. I should have asked for a room change, but I was too tired and I have never asked for this before in my entire life. If I had known what to expect, I would have moved to a more expensive hotel nearby. Summary: Room 004 should not be offered to guests at all. I feel like I've been robbed, and even after two days, I still feel very tired because of this experience. Next time, I'll be more careful...

Walking distance to the airport (ten minutes). Good choices for breakfast, and breakfast starts serving at 5am, so we could grab a bite and get on our way to the airport for our 8:20 flight. Clean facilities. Hot shower.

Not my favorite choice of room-- ground level, and pretty cramped, but served our purpose of having a place to crash before going to the airport. Our previous stay here was on the second floor, nice views, and room felt more spacious.

On checkout the receptionist seemed more interested in her phone.

The furniture was very outdated

Quiet, in spite of being so close to the airport. Impeccably clean and very kind, helpful staff.

The bathroom sink was clogged. Water accumulated and drained slowly.

This hotel is not much beyond a Motel6. The beds were uncomfortable and the noise at night was really bad.

I am astonished by the size of the room. For the same price I can only get a room of 9m² in another city. But I never expected a room big like this.

Only 1 power plug in the room and it is far from the bed. The good news is that you have to get out of the bed to turn off the alarm on your cell phone. This can be practical since many people choose to stay in this hotel in order to catch early flights.

Location cannot be beat 13 minutes walk to airport. They had a nice bar and breakfast area, TV in lounge type area. Very accommodating when I realized my flight was a day later than expected. Good valueRecommend o banquinho to eat drink walking distance. Ask for Sergio tell him elsa sent you

Well there was a dirty sock in my room from previous guest. It was a little loud outside traffic noise. I would stay again but definitely bring airplugs.

I was on ground floor and none of the windows could be locked. General security concern about that. Also the shade could not be lowered completely for privscy.

Abundant parking, exclusive for the hotel inside the premises. Very spacious room on the first floor behind the reception desk. Had 4 beds in it. I think it was room number 100.

Hardly any charging points for our phones. One was too low near the bathroom door and the other was for the TV. We had to disconnect the TV for charging.Also we could hear vehicles on the road whizzing by in the early morning, but we later found out that one window was slightly open.Third con was that the hotel signboard was not lit up at night, so we took some time finding it-- we had passed by earlier without noticing it.

Easy to get to, walking distance from the train and to the airport. Good price.

Met our needs perfectly. Nice and clean. We just needed a room for the night as we had a morning flight out of Porto airport in the morning.

Well, the mattress could have been better.
