Flawless check in, extremely clean rooms with comfy beds, couldn't ask for much more

They charged for a room which was cancelled. In the first they said they will accept the cancellation and I should route the cancellation through booking.com

Amazing suite room, perfect location, lovely staff.

the hotel was ideal for my short business trip. location was ideal. Gym 2 minutes walk away also. plenty of local cafes/amenities. the room was clean and tidy. the reception was friendly and breakfast was lovely. i will definately be staying there again on my next trip to Porto

Beautiful hotel and rooms, it is far from the touristic center but the taxis are really cheap so it is a worth place to stay

Excellent for work related travelling to Porto'S industrial area. Polite staff. Very quiet.

Could improve available toiletries. Local tax could be included in price for ease of checking in.

It was a good place to catch an early morning flight. I booked the most basic room, so nothing fanciful.

There was a bath tub. I'd have preferred having my bath without that.

Close to the Sa Carneiro Airport. Great location, easy to get to. The complimentary glass of Port Wine was a lovely touch. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of foods. Will definitely book again if required to stay near the airport.

Only issue for people who drive over; hotel does not have parking and parking spaces near the hotel are hard to get. We had to park on a side street, which was close to the hotel, however had a hard time bring out suitcase up the incline and over cobblestones to the hotel.

The extra bed I requested should have been replaced a long time ago, I paid for it and it wasn't used. Extremely uncomfortable and in need of URGENT replacement.

Staff were friendly. We were getting a very early flight and the hotel was conveniently located.

The bin in the room was a decent-looking large wooden box that could be recognised as a small laundry box too. I lost some of my stuff because I placed it in that box without guessing that I might be bin. There should be a clear LABEL on the boxes especially if it's a BIN.

The hotel is very small. Lift it’s a problem in the morning as everyone wants to go and as we were with a buggy only could fit me and the buggy on it. So could take about 15-20 minutes to get the lift on the morning time. The room didn’t have a kettle (what should have on every hotel) so I needed to ask for hot water for the baby bottle and the staff wasn’t very happy to help. They always provided the water but very rude about it. Not all of them. Very nice girl on the reception with a red hair. The rest of them not very friendly. And we have to pay for the tourist fee even that the price that we paid said that was all taxes included. 2€ per person per night.

This is a true gem! The staff were helpful. The room was well appointed and they prepared the sofabed, since we were a party of three. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was so nice Excellent shower. Very large nice bath towels.The breakfast, which was included, was perhaps the best hotel breakfast I ever had. The price of the stay was very reasonable.

I want to give a balanced review and I am having a difficult time coming up with things I didn't like.

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice, Room was larger than expected with a good view of the city at night.
