Clean quiet and comfortable. Good staff.

Location. For someone who doesn’t have a car, this is a tough location. Uber eats has trouble finding it. So did my first taxi driver.

The breakfast was good. And the staff was very friendly and polite

The rooms didn’t look clean and we had to switch on of the rooms because the toilet was broken

I didn't have breakfast. The staff - perfect. George was exceptional, extremely helpful and simply the nicest person you can meet.Very easy commute to the heart of Porto, four train stops and about 15 minutes .

The price was the cheapest we could get on NYE for a last minute decision.The staff was amazing and helped us pre-check-in by the phone, so we had the minimum time at the front desk. We were able to get to Aliados before Midnight, thanks to that.Hotel has all the basic stuff one needs to spend one night, so it was OK.The Hotel location is in a Service Area of a Gas Station on a Highway. It was convenient for our situation, but maybe not for everyone. You need a car to get there and when come back to the hotel one needs to go further ahead and reverse back on the Highway to be able to get to the hotel.

Noise from the corridor in the morning woke us up.No hairdryer.

Located in a speedway service area - but Google / the GPS system don’t take you there, best is to scroll manually on the map and choose the gas station right on the service area, then navigate to it. Works if expectations are set right. Cleaning was OK.

I am still in disbelief that I received what is highly likely a malicious link, within the Booking.com secure chat with the property, where I was directed to a funky URL designed to look like booking.com, where I was being asked to reenter the CC details, in spite of the booking having been paid for already. Unsure if this came from the hotel staff or maybe their account is compromised (or maybe there’s another explanation, although I can’t think of another obvious one). The facilities could use some repairs and care. Not suggested for families or if you want to visit the city (unless you are driving), perfect if it’s on your way elsewhere.

Inside looks a bit better than outside

To start, that isn’t a hotel, it’s more of a motel… it’s off a motorway, outside it looks like a refugee accommodation… actually it looks like one of those motels from the films when the actor is on a run and needs to hide from the police.. definitely not a place where you would want to bring your children.. they wanted to give me 2 separate rooms for me, my husband and my 2 children, far from each other. Luckily the late shift guy moved us to 2 bedrooms in front of each other… definitely there was a smell in the rooms like cigarettes and dump. P.s I am a Portuguese woman living in England and I felt embarrassed from bringing my English husband and kids there.

It had everything that was needed and was also very clean, some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. For example, as soon as I asked for a room change because the Wi-Fi router was too far they gave me one that was closer to it.

The breakfast was awful, almost no options which led to me getting breakfast from the gas station nearby. The location was also very bad as I couldn’t get anywhere without needing to order a taxi because it was located on the highway.

Wi-fi wasn’t work well there and despite giving the exact address, taxis had a problem getting to the place.

No tea and coffee making facilities. A bit dar away from city centre.

when i entered the room of hotel the bed was uncomfortable hope they will take it serious .Bed was creating so much sound even when i was sitting on the bed.

the room was never cleaned during my four night stay, in spite of me having explicitly hanged the Clean My Room sign outside the door.

Access to the hotel was terrible and unclear, Google maps link was incorrect and kept taking me to the wrong location .

The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant .If this was not the case we would have walked out .Beds were comfy and linen was new and very clean . Breakfast was good , Fresh Orange juice , good coffee , croissants and other breads , cheese and ham , yoghurt and fruit .

Management / owners please pay attention . The outside appearance of the Hotel was awful , weeds knee high and hundreds of cigarette butts everywhere . Sadly the movie channels were not working . Bathroom full of mildew . Located next to truck stop and petrol station - thankfully no excess noise .To find the hotel was very confusing but that was due to the road works .

Breakfast is simple but amazing! Fresh juice, a croissant, maybe a nice cup of coffee? And of course Pastel de Nata.

Staff was friendly .clean was good.Ease of check-in, fast !

TV was from 1980's .Didn't get the wifi to work.Location is a bit weird.

Lots of parking spaces. Great value
