Location is perfect! Quiet and best towels and pleasant staff. it is 5 mins from airport. Transportation from airport on buses and tram and 3 minutes walk from hotel is a metro stop into Porto. Get your 3 day pass deal at airport tourism office. Tea bags and electric kettle a real good perk in winter weather. ) Small Fridge would be great! :) Front desk Staff quite responsive and great team! Thanks

Am a Long stay guest. Have had to request cleaning staff to have my bed linen to be changed ( 4 times since almost a month) and to vacuum as lint collects. Most rooms have short stays so bedding changed every day. (However, they do change bath towels everyday and supply shampoo and soap. )

You claim in your booking.com entry to have an airport shuttle. You don’t. You have a deal with a private company that costs 35 Euros each way. That is straight up misrepresentation. Your staff said we should walk, but we weren’t familiar with the area and we had suitcases. We would have chosen another place if we had known.

The location is strategic for those with early flights, as it is just 10 minutes from the airport. A major plus is the excellent soundproofing; we didn't hear any planes during the night. They also have a TV displaying real-time flight schedules, which is very helpful for planning. It is a practical choice for a quick layover

The hotel is in need of maintenance. There were spots on the wall that clearly need repainting (partially hidden by the curtains), and the toilet seat was in poor condition, requiring adjustment or replacement. Also, a tip for travelers: if you have a lot of luggage, it is better to call an Uber. Although it's close, the walk involves sidewalks and streets that make it difficult to carry heavy bags.

They ordered a taxi for us. He was late and he charged 15Euro for the drive which was about 10 minutes. Next time I would order an Uber or Bolt.

Quick and helpful people at reception. The room was comfortable and had most of what I like. The hotel location in relation to the airport is very good.

Rooms are great, comfortable bed and nice facilities. Really good for an overnight stay and just a 7 minute walk to the airport

Really hate the open bathroom concept. Having only a glass door to separate the toilet from the bedroom gives no privacy.

I love this place . I recommend to anyone who visits Porto . The location is great , staffs amazing .I am planning to go back next year and definitely be this place again

Staff is cold. Check in is at 4pm and only at 4pm. At 3 pm there were 8 people sitting in the lobby waiting for the clock to tick down to 4. She finally agreed to let us in at 3:45 and acted like she did us a big favor…

Good value, clean and near the airport

It was clean and very friendly staff.

In the room was very cold! The aircondition has function of warm but doesn't work! I saw communicate on tab "error warm mode".

Clean, comfortable, extremely close to the airport.They serve breakfast starting at 4am so you can eat even if your flight is very early.

I was expecting to have a quick ride to the airport. The service offered was too expensive, I did called a Uber for 20% of teh cost.

Close to the airport, comfortable room, friendly staff. Very reasonably priced and convenient base.
