    Pros +

    • The sauna and the swimming pool were excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean.
    • We had a triple room and it was quite spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was bit dated but clean with nice towels. The hotel itself is massive but not too many guests on 2.01. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed already (kitchen closes at 9pm). We didn't try the swimming pool neither. The buffet breakfast was ok, but only had instant coffee.Staff was lovely and very helpful.
    • breakfast

    Cons -

    • Instant coffee for breakfast
    • Check-in was a bit confusing. The front desk was unattended when we arrived, and even if we could hear people chattering in the back room, no one came. After waiting several minutes we tried the self check-in machine, which requires an ID for every guest. When my husband couldn’t find his, we went back to the front desk and check us in without needing any ID.Our room (a “large twin room”) was very spacious, but part of the space felt quite empty and could be made more inviting with better furnishing or décor. We also found it a bit tricky to locate the room at first, though later we discovered a more direct route through the inner courtyard.Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, though it was served in a boardroom-style room with large shared tables of 10-12 rather than the dining area shown in the photos.Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay, but the hotel would benefit from some updates and small improvements to enhance the overall experience.
    • Restaurant was very understaffed even for a little amount of guests that were there

Everything! Perfect place for a quiet gateway. We were here after our wedding on the way back home and we rested wonderfully

Restaurant was very understaffed even for a little amount of guests that were there

    All good but food and...

I went with kids to a Buffet and my fault that I didn’t ask how much it costs, but we ate little, boys ate 3 small sandwiches because there was nothing really better for kids and they charged me for it a full buffet price of 27 euro… my stew with almost no meat in eat and not so good few potatoes was also 27 euro… maybe good price if you eat a lot but not for 4 year old boy… all the rest of the stay was nice and we’ve got nice specious room. And the room with the pool is warmed up.

We chose this hotel for a 1 night stay during our car trip through Germany. The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location in a green and quiet neighborhood, not too far from the motorway. We enjoyed nice walks in the surrounding area in the evening and in the morning. We had supper in the hotel restaurant and breakfast in the morning (separate breakfast room) and the food was tasty and fresh, breakfast buffet had great variety, our daughters loved the machine for baking pancakes :)

We wanted to use the pool (which itself looked nice and clean) but the pool area was so hot and stuffy it was hard to breathe there.

24/7 hotel reception, parking and close from the motorway. We stoped here for the night to cut our travel and rest. The beds were very compfy.

    Staff were very good

Room was very dated, noisy and lacking of facilities I.e no tea or coffee

Friendly staff. Large rooms, everything was clean!

It is a bit old fashioned and needs some new style. The breakfast was ok. But it does not really taste good. A lot of things were broken. The coffee takes so long…

Nice surroundings good walks for the dogs and very competent staff

The food! We were told the restaurant was open bit ot was buffet only. The food on the buffet was very overpriced for the quality and we were served leftovers for breakfast.

The only thing we liked about this hotel is swimming pool.

Very dirty everywhere, carpets, rooms, corridors. In the toilet bin was not emptied with sanitary products and full of flies smelling disgusting.

    Boring surrounding.

The amenities and all that nature around it

I had brought my own food because of having allergies and the staff at the bar refused to heat my dinner in the kitchen microwave even though I already had bought two drinks and my colleague was about to order food .
