- Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had a wonderful dinner in the hotel’s restaurant. The incuded breakfast was varied and high quality.

- It was horrible to stay at this place. What we got for the price we paid was horrible. We paid £87 for 2-3 beds room and got a room that was stinking bad. literally as soon as we walked it the smell was horrible. It’s like someone went to the toilet for the blunt two and didn’t flush for days. Maybe it’s the smell that was coming from the drainage I don’t know. Then we realised that the heating was not working. It was 5-7 degrees outside and even with two blankets I was freezing at night. the wifi was not working. even the phone was not working so you could not call the reception. the place had stains everywhere and some spider web. bathroom shower head had so much limescale on it was horrendous. very bad experience with the property.in the end they charged us 20€ less after the complaint.

Close to the centre. Ample free parking. On site restaurant. Basic but good.
Quality/price ratio of the restaurant was a bit high compared with other restaurants in Sicily. Bread was not fresh.
Conveniently located in the middle of Randazzo…
… just behind a petrol station this was not yet cool enough to be vintage. At least parking was easy
The hotel is ideal to reach different areas in catania and staff are so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend it.
