Location is very convenient, a short walk to the Tram station that takes you to the city center in 25 minutes.Room was spacious enough for us - a couple with a 12 y/o.Staff were very friendly and helpful.

WiFi was relatievly poor and with many disconnections.Hot water supply in the shower could have been better.

The staff were very friendly, the bed super comfortable and the room had everything we needed for one nights stay. We planned to eat at the hotel restaurant, but we found out on arrival that it was closed at the weekends. However, we had pizza in the Italian restaurant across the road and it was the best pizza we have ever eaten!!The only downside to our stay was that the price of the breakfast isn’t shown anywhere, so we didn’t have it. Also, upon check in we were made to believe that we were all paid up, but then we checked out we were charged tax, that were weren’t aware of.

It was cold and the temperature could not be adjusted, very poorly soundproof, dog friendly and they tend to be noisy

Rooms in the old part of the hotel run down and very frugal. Staff at reception complicated and not particularly helpful.

Location including parking given traffic congestion in Strasbourg. Access to tramway right in front of hotel. Room (in new wing) was large and comfortable.

Nothing in particular. Breakfast room was very busy, but it was post Christmas so rather normal.

I sent an email to the hotel to inform that I couldn't arrive the first day of the reservation because all the tickets from Paris to Strasbourg, not only by train but also by plane, were sold and I finally bought a ticket for the following day. The answer was simply: The hotel's policy doesn't allow any reimbursement. Make a complaint to Booking, enterprise that took your money two weeks in advance.

One of the receptionists, a german guy, I think, who didn't care about unpredictable circumstances and my request for any form of compensation. The cots of the room is 308 euros.The noise outside and the view from the window: A train station.

The hotel is nice and confortable. Breakfast menú offers many dishes and it is very complete. .

Even with the transportation close to the hotel, the place is too far from Strasburg Center. It takes time to go back and forth. Some of the people at the reception speak very limited English. So, comunication is difficult. The Internet connection is really bad.

I like the location it's was nice very easy after going out fron the tram and the breakfast was really good.

As I enter the reception there was a receptionist a man i told him I request an early check in he just told me he can keep my luggage then I have to come back at 3 pm but after he receives a phone call a lady came really helpful she ask my name went to check if my room is ready or not and she told me in 30 min my room will be ready where as the man he said he was busy didn't have time to even check if my room was ready or not is this customer service even I told him can I do a late check out he said no 11 we have to leave but after he left his shift was finish I ask the same lady can I do a late check out as I have kids with me and on top it was raining she said if I can leave before 12 that would be great that's why I was not feeling well I went to strasbourg for Christmas market from Nancy with my kids was tired after arriving to the hotel meeting with such a person I never expect that as for 1 night i pay 275 euro but the hotel is really nice my kids really enjoy it even the breakfast was so nice ?

Lovely staff. Friendly and welcoming. Location next to tram stop. Lovely Saturday market nearby

WiFi poor. Spa was only open from 1700.

Just near the train and easy to travel from to Strasbourg city

I called two time for extra pillows but I couldn’t get them.

Location! Made getting in and out of Strasbourg very easy!!

Having to go down to level -1 to climb up the stairs to reception… all a bit clumsy.

Friendly staff, excellent dinner and good location

Strategically located , close to Strasburg public transportation. Many shops and restaurants at walking distance. We enjoyed the nearby bakery.It’s our second stay in the same hotel .

The room looked a bit old

The location off center but conveniently next to the tram line A going to downtown Strasbourg ; the quiet, the cleanliness, the modern design of the room and bathroom, the great water pressure in the shower, the discrete presence of staff, the wonderful fragrance of the Shampoo; the location right downtown Illkirch, next to this suburb's commercial mall.

Beautiful hotel. EV charging. Right next to easy tram to town centre. Good breakfast.

Spacious family room and good breakfast

The kitchen cannot be used unless booked in advance.We asked to use it and the say no.

Breakfast buffet was really good

Baby cot was provided but without linen so we couldn't use it.

Flexibility of the personnel. At the begining I booked Classic room without AC. I asked at the reception to change room. Nice lady found one and I moved in.

It is only suggestion-IF you can try to book rooms with AC. They are new and very cosy
