I think if the room had coffee and tea, it would be better

The property is right in front of Colonne tram stop.The staff at the reception was very kind and helpful.The room has everything you need and there are additional equipment at the entrance

The internal parking was full, but it was the New Year’s Eve so I suggest to book it in advance.

I do not recommend this place!

We paid a deposit which, even after a 10-day delay, has still not been returned to us.We stayed for 9 nights, and the room was cleaned only once—apparently cleaning is only done on Fridays.Not to mention that we even had to buy our own toilet paper because none was provided.I do not recommend this place!

Be aware there are codes to get into the building to reception and the car park. Once inside the staff were very nice. Room is basic but clean with amenities provided. No issues with noise. Tram stop just outside for convenient access to the city. Car sat nav had issues getting to the location. No tea/coffee but kettle, cups and spoons were available.

The room had almost everything needed for basic stuff. The location is not great, however it is easily accesible by tram.

The room was not precisely pristine and the smell was rather unpleasant during the whole stay. They gave us just a pair of towels for 4 nights, which we considered not particularly hygienic. When asked, the woman at the reception desk replied that only a couple of towels were offered to short-stay guests in a condescending tone. Therefore, if guests staying for a week want clean towels, they will have to pay extra...

- linen changed only once a week- room is mopped oce a week- trash is removed only once a week or the customer's job- out of order air conditioning system

The staff went over and beyond to help you. They were always pleasant ,especially Nico and Giuseppe. The tram is right outside the hotel. It takes only about 20 minutes to get to the center of town where all the Christmas markets are.

The room needs updating. The beds are not that comfortable. The baseboards look scuzzy as they are not clean.

Even though the hotel is some distance from the city center it is easily accessible by public transport. The room was spacious and the small kitchen corner is nice when you prefer to cook yourself. The check-in process was super convenient and even though the reception is not manned 24/7 all the guidance for a late arrival was easy to understand and follow.

The socket layout in the bathroom is slightly odd - the only socket is so high up that as an average-height woman, I had serious trouble reaching it and once I managed it, the cord of the hairdryer was so short that it didn't reach my head. There was also a noticeable cigarette smell from the ventilation.

When i came i was trying to open the safe to get my keys but it didn’t work. So i had to call them for like 4 to 5 times and no one answered me. It was very complicated. The room wasn’t that clean, most of the lights weren’t working. The second day while taking my breakfast there was a lady with a very bad attitude, she was making noises while preparing the breakfast and barely answered on my questions.

Quiet enough. Pleasant employees. Cleanliness of the room and linen (cleaned and changed towels every other day). Location (very convenient to get to the city center by tram). Sufficient dishes for cooking.

A very expensive breakfast that does not correspond to its filling. A broken bed, a broken window, practically non-working air conditioner, which is very noticeable in the heat of 40 degrees!!! Even after asking for its repair, nothing has changed in its work! Shower gel and liquid soap are pinned to the wall, which is completely inconvenient to use. No slippers. There is a hairdryer, but there is no outlet near the mirror in the bathroom.

Great studio apartment, spacious, tidy & clean. Really loved that the kitchen & bathroom was separated from the bedroom. Staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Location is excellent right by the tram into town. Excellent price for such a big studio.

Only one small issue but just being picky, the utensils, plates & cups are all in a top cupboard & very hard to reach when you are short but it is very well equipped.

The hotel is beautiful! We were greeted with a smile at the reception and settled in very quickly. The room was great: big, new and clean! We liked everything))
