i could not sleep for 2 nights as the noise was all the night in the property and they ask for extra money "city tax" which never been mentioned in the booking.

Location was fantastic in the heart of the old part of town and a short walk to all you will want to see and do

Room was clean but kind of drab and building was beautifully restored but again the room was blah and could be much better also shampoo in little packets just install a dispenser so much waste , the terrace on roof was disappointing

Centrally located in Trapani, very clean and modern. Staff at the reception was very helpful and helped me with parking. Comfortable bed. Cute furnishings

Due to its central location , expect noise from the street at night- not the hotel’s fault though , just be prepared! There was an awful sewage smell from the bathroom.

We had a small but very attractive room with its own terrace with sea view. Good location, very helpful receptionist.

Mold in the shower

Amazing experience with this beautiful apartment in the hysterical center and next to the beautiful beach at the same time. Super quick and easy check in after the check in time (we came late in the night)Super friendly and flexible host. Clean beautifully decorated, parking, wifi, breakfast all top notch! Highly recommended

It was a bit loud at night with the cars passing by but we were all so tired from a full day of sightseeing that it didn’t matter much

They have an office next to the building entrance. The staff met us there and showed us to the room. The room was not big but it was enough for two of us. Small refrigerator. The location is very good next to the board walk and all the restaurants

The add said they had parking but they don't. They told me to park on the boardwalk and I found parking place only 10 min away from the building. The parking payment machine accepted only coins but I had enough to pay till midnight as was required. Next morning I had to come at 8am and pay for two more hours until we left.

The heater in the bedroom was not working so we were pretty cold all night

We had the room with the tarrace with the sea view and it was really pleasant, but the room itself was very tiny and hard to move around with 2 people. The location is really nice and stuff was helpful and communicative.

Hot water runs out quickly (tank based system) once used (normally one shower) it takes half a day to refill and be useable again. Parking quite challenging. Local parking is for residents only. You can park up the road, but machines are old so all coin based and you have to go to your car in the morning 8am to retrieve another ticket for a few hours before checking out. TV is also too old to have Netflix/YouTube, so you have to enjoy Italian cable.

Great location. The deluxe suite was very spacious and clean. Views of cathedral dome from rooftop was exceptional but no one told us about it.

Please have a small stash of coffee on hand in case you arrive late in the evening and did not get any before you arrived. Need to have extension cords.

Good location, clean and comfortable. The quadruple room consisted of a bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen area. At check in we were given great suggestions on where to have dinner and breakfast. The terrace on the roof of the building has a nice view of the cathedral dome.

Wifi not great. At 7am there was a power outage and the alarm of the building across the street went off for quite a long time.

Was an old property in the centre of town with great character. Comfortable bed.Our hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was fairly basic . No spoon for our cereal etc. Someone arrived to make us a coffee which was appreciated.

It was very central to where we wanted to be. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.

We didn’t like that we had to leave. We liked everything about the property and staff were great!

The location was great, a couple short blocks from shops, restaurants, & beautiful churches. Parking was available on a street a couple blocks away, but you could unload your suitcases right in front of the hotel.

Location is great.right to downtown. It took like 5min to walk to ocean, downstairs has lots of nice restaurants and vendors.Staffs are extremely helpful.

But no parking. You can park at public Street parking which is like 5min away.There are two rooms, living room and bedroom. However for some reason living room ac did not work properly.

The apartment was very clean and cozy, and it was perfect for our last night in Italy. The best part was a beautiful balcony where we enjoyed our dinner and the amazing atmosphere.Thank you for the wonderful stay!
