Everything was excellent - communication with the lovely receptionist, always available to help (I asked for an ironing machine and he got it immediately), he provided us with a map of Trapani, he advised us about the parking (we parked on the street in front of the location, on the left side, 0.70 an hour through the Easypark app). The breakfast also very nice. Good location as well, very close to the center and all necessary attractions.

Big rooms, clean and modern. Breakfast was good as well.

We did not like the shower as the hot water was warm and not hot and also there was no pressure in the water.

Beautiful building. Very close to the train station - one block-, but not seedy, as many areas around train stations can be.

Great breakfast. Lots of sweets but also Parma prosciutto and cheese.

The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The breakfast was good and the wait staff were very cordial and efficient.

The staff at the front desk were nice but didn’t go out of their way to help.

We booked 2 rooms together and the rooms were in seperate blocks. Unfortunately we toke it forgranted that we are having rooms next to each other. Too many stairs especially for elderly persons.

I was very late owing to the plane was delayed by a storm. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Excellent.

Everything was good_ starting from the location?, is reachable by walk to city centre and close to the station. Across the road there is a bar Sicily Bar whom one should try, apart from delicious food , the prices are very reasonable. There is a restaurant as well ,whom is burger? lover which is worth to try, is called Io Eat & Greet. You can reach by walk & highly recommended. The breakfast ?☕?was delicious, room huge & very clean. Staff friendly & worth every penny.

Overall it was ok.

Noisy room and nasty smells in the bathroom. The breakfasts were ok but… if you arrived after 9 am, there wasn’t much choice left :(

Absolutely huge room and apotless. The building has been renovated very nicely. Breakfast was a delight with a great array of Sicilian delicacies. Right next to the train and bus station too.

It's just out of the centro storico, but it only a short walk and you're there.
