We liked everything! Good location, nice room ( although a bit on small side ) . Decorated nicely , helpful staff. Excellent breakfast

A little hard to find but worth it

My sink was stopped up and I had to wait for the water to go down every time I used it, safe didn’t work, I told staff, they said they would send someone the next day but he didn’t come, the hotel was initially hard to find

Comfortable hotel, huge rooms, bright yet comfortable, good staff. Location is pretty good; probably a good balance btw being close to the tourist areas and close enough to more parking.

Parking in Trapani SUCKS and we were kinda on our own hunting for spots. The entrance is along a very tight back road so choose your rental car wisely.

Sweet boutique hotel located close to the waterfront and easy walking distance to the town center.

Terrible Internet - very spotty and generally did not work on the 3rd floor. We had to sit in the lobby to use the Internet.

Quaint, historical hotel in the heart of Trapani. Rooms were clean and spacious. Quiet location. Staff were kind and welcoming. Breakfast was not included and was € 13 per person per day with a decent selection of options.

We chose this place because the photos and location were nice and we were under the impression that they had parking available. There was no parking on site at the hotel. Street parking is limited and we would have had to move our car by 12am to avoid tickets. They have valet available for € 10 per day. Was quite overpriced compared to other options in the area and would likely stay elsewhere next time, but overall good experience.

No parking on site and shuttle service lead to unoleasant discussions with neighbours .Breakfast was ok but improvable for Sicilian standard.

We loved the ambiance of all the hotel spaces. Beautiful colors, textiles, and ceramic tiles everywhere. Our bedroom was spacious, as was the beautiful bathroom. The location is perfect if being in the old part of Trapani is what you want. We did. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of both savory and sweet options. All hotel staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us with restaurant reservations, bus schedules, and taxi drivers. We highly recommend it as a place to stay in the heart of Trapani. Lastly, it’s a 6- minute walk to a public beach which was wonderful for a quick swim. The water is incredibly clear - it was a real treat after a long day of walking and exploring Erice.

We had the impression there was parking nearby or on site. There is parking on the streets IF you can figure it out or you can pay for hotel valet services and let them handle your car. We chose the latter, as we were not comfortable navigating the narrow streets in this part of town. (We had a larger car than expected, no thanks to Avis rental car, which did not add to our confidence!). For us, it was money well spent since we walked nearly everywhere. We would not let this deter anyone from choosing this lovely hotel.

The staff is very nice, the location is great and the room was very nice. Bathroom is huge.

The cushions were a bit too flat but when I asked for more they gave me very good ones.

A jewel of a restoration. Excellent location tucked away just a couple of streets from all the ferry and bus connections. It was so nice to enjoy the reception of a proper hotel again!

At times the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but not when it needed to be quiet.
