Location is great. Sunsets are wonderful. Parking was right out our door for a fee which was easy.

Beautiful ocean view. Huge room with great shower. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient for walking the city. Fine restaurants nearby and lots of shops. Couldn't be happier. Great value.

The room is spacious with a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. Parking is easy enough and close but is paid, through the Sicilian app system, which works quite well.

Furnishings were sparse and the bathroom was remote and cold.

Clara, the receptionist was very nice.

When you encounter air freshener in the room is for a reason. The room had an awful smell it couldn’t be masked by the air freshener. They also offered a 10% discount for eating in the restaurant but when we were ready to pay, it wasn’t honored and when we told the personnel, they told us they couldn’t give us money back or a credit back on the credit card, so instead we had to choose a dessert ( we had already eaten dessert). The restaurant didn’t honor the discount.

Close to Centro. Nice big room. The breakfast restaurant was excellent.

Bed was little firm.

Open air atrium and breakfast area was a little humid.

We enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be very well located. We had a beautiful view of the water - gorgeous! Trapani felt very safe and the evenings streets were full of happy families, couples, and visitors! We had a great walk around the historic area in the morning which gave us a more complete feel for the city, including the fish market.

Room was great. Loved the balcony and ceiling and size. Plus in the town center and still quiet. Best of everything. Staff did everything to help make our stay perfect. From reception, to breakfast team.

Internet was a bit slow for doing live utube sessions for work. Streaming a bit slow. Internet worked for everything else.

We loved it all! The terrace, the view. More than we expected. Huge, unbeatable views. Location perfect. Impeccable service. We definitely will book this place again for a longer stay. So convenient and on the beach! Just cross the street.

Right on the street at the beach with parking available on the street but plentiful. Plenty of things in walking distance like restaurants and shopping

Beautiful clean room with epic view. Delicious breakfast and the best coffee! Such a fun location! Ocean out the front gate and out the back gate you are right in amazing restaurant and shopping zone with ancient buildings. The beach was great for swimming.

I liked the old architectural building with all marble floors. The room was spacious. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly. Accommodating.

We drove in and it was difficult to locate the building since the streets are not marked. Get good directions from the hotel staff before your arrival. Also you pay for city parking.

Right in the middle of old town and close to the beach. Our rooms were quite large with kitchen facilities. Comfortable for our family with a toddler.

There is a lot of noise in the morning from the shops getting deliveries.

The location was perfect! The hotel was directly across the street from a beautiful beach! It was very clean and well maintained! I also liked the fact that there was a hair salon in the lobby of the hotel and decided to get my hair colored! They did such a great job!

We stayed for 3 nights. The first night the TV in our room would turn on and off (with volume on) throughout the day and night… this would happen when we turned the TV off. It was very strange! We told the staff who said they would tell the cleaning person to fix it. It was not fixed on our second night. We told the staff again (the TV situation happened all day every day) and the staff said they will let their associate know! No one ever fixed it! It should be noted that each time we told an associate, it was a different person ! Also upon check in the person showed us our room and it was a queen bed only! When we showed her our booking (we booked 2 beds) she said they didn’t have any other rooms available. When we asked for a discount she suddenly found a single bed and proceeded to literally carry a metal bed frame and mattress up a couple flights of stairs!

Clean comfortable and convenient, in a very good location. Good breakfast and friendly breakfast staff!

Our room was rather dark with one small window. The decor seemed very uninspired.

My sister and our children shared a three bedroom apartment. It was spacious, light and airy. There were two full bathrooms equipped with hairdryers. The kitchen was large and had all you would need to cook or heat up meals (oven). The living area was open floor plan with the dining table (seats eight) to the side and two large sofas for relaxing and watching tv. In addition, there was a small seating area as soon as you enter the apartment as well as an enormous rooftop terrace where we enjoyed amazing sea views and lounging chairs for sunning. There was also air conditioning which was a must for us staying there in the summer. The location was perfect-right in the middle of everything! We enjoyed breakfast downstairs each morning which consisted of various pastries, small sandwiches, various types of coffees/espresso and fresh juices. We loved seeing Rio and Kitty every day as they were two cats part of the establishment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We will absolutely be returning and staying here again!

Different versus the pictures from the website. Bathroom had a stink coming from the tabulations, which left it smelly all the time. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, weak signal at times. The room had some frames broken and repairs that could be done. Finally, breakfast had very few options.

The breakfast was adequate and the 2 men serving in the cafe were friendly and attentive

I booked this hotel because it stated it was beachfront. The hotel was not beachfront. There was a beach nearby but not accessible from the hotel. The access to the beach was about 1000 feet and then down a long staircase. I would barely call the hotel beach view as you could not see the beach from the hotel. I would not have booked the hotel if the description was accurate. Also, the description stated that parking was included which it was not. There is paid metered parking throughout the city, including at this hotel. I found the hotel to be overpriced and misleading. Given the ability I would have cancelled this booking and looked for other accommodation.

Gorgeous historic buildings in the city centre steps away from the beach. Nice restaurant too.

The rooms above the reception have only a tiny window overlooking the inner yard. No fresh air.No shelves in the bathroom Not much choice for breakfast
