Great location, short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the Main Street

Breakfast was disorganized and chaotic. They do the dishes behind the bar instead of taking them to the back area where the food is prepared. Glasses and dishes making a total racket.

The entire restaurant needs a re-do.

Location was great and inner garden was beautiful

The bed was an actual spring mattress and you could feel the metal springs on your body!

Lovely Hotel, clean and very friendly staff in the middle of the old town centre of Trapani with everything you need just round the corner.

Massimo, at the front desk was wonderful. He is really a consierge. The property is beautiful. The building is historic, the renovations are excellently done, leaving areas exposed of the original stone in the structure. It is in a perfect location. Quiet, off the main street. A one minute walk to the center of everything. Around the other corner, very close to Moderno, is the beautiful sea and a fabulous promenade to walk.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Located in a nice part of the city, close to the main streets, it was still pretty calm at night, so we had a good rest. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel staff was very accommodating, and we had a smooth check-in, even at night.

The room didn’t feel comfortable and modern, some areas could use a bit of renovation. There was no place to hang bath towels.

No breakfast but the location is awesome. We enjoyed staying the the historical downtown. Great experience!

The streets are noisy till late

this Hotel is one of my favourites in Trapani .. location is perfect , clean and very comfortable.

Location was superb right in the heart of port area but no noise in room .Staff great gent on reception very helpful I didn't get his name but great in assisting us

A kettle for coffee or tea would have been nice

A lovely location, the main street is one street over. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. The staff were all really lovely and friendly.

The wifi wasn't great, very patchy. My room was also next to a noisy alleyway but not the biggest upset. The drains in the bathroom also had a funny smell to them sometimes after you flushed the toilet or was in the shower.

Massimo was incredibly patient, waiting for me even outside of regular check-in hours. The location of the hotel was amazing, and Marco, the receptionist, was exceptionally kind and helpful. He provided us with great tips on where to eat and have fun in the area. If I ever return to Trapani, I would definitely choose to stay here again. It’s absolutely worth the price.

The room I had was monastic and not like the above photo. It was very large and comfortable, but basic.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Hotel is impeccable and well located, definitely recommend and will stay again in the future.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very quiet and the quality of the room was very nice also. The staff was very kind and always available.

Centrally located, large rooms, powerful AC. The styling is minimal, but functional. The fridge is a good touch to keep water cold. The building also has a nice courtyard that is great for bringing pastries or take-away food and having a quiet meal.

Needs a bit more hanging space for wet swimming suits :)Parking is a problem in the old town, so look for spots closer to the newer streets.

The location was perfect, few meters away from the historical center, restaurants, bars and the parking area. The staff was kind and helpful.

The matress was not particularly comfortable -probably because not new - and sheets not very clean either. We had to ask to change them at arrival. They could pay more attention about this.
