The view. The proximity to the ocean. Peaceful. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

Far away from everything

Front desk staff was amazing. She helped us enormously. It was so hot in our room, she even came to our room to try and fix the thermostat. We learned air conditioning had been turned off, so was told to leave patio doors open, which we did. A fan is suggested for rooms. We noticed from our terrace that all rooms above us had their windows wide open.

The view is unbelievable, the rooms are immaculate, the bar and restaurant are wonderful, the staff is helpful and friendly, and you have access to the beach a few feet away. What more can you ask for?

Nothing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The outside areas pool, etc were fine.

The room size was small for our six day stay. We asked for a larger room but they said all rooms were same size, but the website has larger rooms. We asked if we could cancel and get refund for last three nights..but they refused..We feel they could have accommodated us but they didn’t even reach out to offer to help us in any way, We felt the customer service and communication was lacking.

Location on the beach was very nice , staff was friendly and good breakfast

The only down fault is the rugs in the hallways and elevator. They should put a nice Italian tile.

There was two times a blackout. No electricity and water

Really nice hotel, nice facilities and great ocean view from the room. Pool was really nice and the hotel area was overall really good!

The location was a little further from the city center and breakfast could have been better.

The staff was amazing to recommend some restaurants and locations to visit. The room was really great and clean.The view from the hotel was amazing, especially during our breakfast on the terrasse. Super easy free parking.

It’s a long walk to the old town but the walk is nice.

The pool and the sunsets were wonderful.

It is along a noisy street. The beds were hard and the staff wasn’t overly friendly.

Hotel Punta Tipa is fabulous for its sundeck, restaurant on premise with relaxing views but the downside is that although it’s on the beach, you cannot really use it. The beach is public and was filled with rocks and coral. It’s difficult to access the clear water. Overall a nice modern place to stay with great views of the sea and a lovely pool.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly, breakfast good. The hotel is right on the beach, but without possibilities to swim in the sea. But there is a quite big and very good private pool.

The hotel is quite far from city center. The official taxi takes about 10 eur. Be sure, that if you ask the receptionist to call the taxi, she or he really calls normal taxi, not the hotel service car. It costs 20 eur, when you check your bill when leaving. It's not a big money, but that kind of business leaves a little bit bad taste.

The sea view from the hotel room is amazing. It almost felt like we were on a boat.Modern and clean hotel, comfortable bed, great shower, very friendly staff and good food in the restaurant.

The location was away from the center of town. Room was small. The only good thing about the room was the ocean view. Other than that there was nothing too special for the relative expensive price.

Staff at the bar not at all customer oriented (ignoring people, long waiting even with only few people at the bar).Far from the city.

My partner and I stayed for one night as we were leaving Sicily the following day. We really enjoyed the hotel due to its location right on the waterfront. The staff was very accommodating in organizing our transfers from the ferry to the hotel and then to the airport the next day. We were upgraded which was very kind of the hotel, the restaurant food in the hotel was great.

The construction was a little loud above us but I’m sure it was just the timing of our stay and walls are a little thin as you can hear people from the neighbouring rooms
