Decent price, nice room

Very strong odor of mold and ammonia

You can have someone pickup your car for a fee infront of the hotel.

Power issues. We had blackouts a few times.

Central location

Had a smell in the room especially in the fridge a musty smell. Also some ants were in the room and the bathroom handle came off.

Centrally located. Close to everything. Clean rooms.

No personal touch. We were told that reception was going to close by 4pm. Very difficult to find. Narrow streets.

Nice, clean, spacious and very well located studio apartment.Comfortable bed nice bathroom, helpful staff. Good parking arrangement.

Uncomfortable kitchen, not equipped enough, lacking basics such as paper towels, cleaning cloth etc.In our room the acoustic isolation was bad, could hear the neiboughrs.

We had a pleasant stay in this very nice hotel located in the old town not far from the centre.The staff were very friendly and approachable, and very willingly gave us advice on things to do and places to go.The best praise we can give an apartment is to say that we would definitely stay here again the time we're in Trapani.

Very spacious, great location close to the historic centre, on top of the building a terrace with clothes line so there is the ability to wash clothes ( hand wash). Availability for valet parking was greatly appreciated.

Nothing to criticise

We had a wonderful spacious one bedroom apartment in San Domenica Residence and done up to a high standard. Ideally situated in the old part of Trapani and walking distance to both sides of the peninsula including the port & station. It was great to have a member of staff at reception to speak to and who helped us navigate the city and with taxis. She was really excellent. I would definitely recommend the San Domenica.

The room was spacious, including a separate living room, a big bathroom (with shampoo AND CONDITIONER). The staff were incredibly responsive and helped in every way possible.

It is in a little street in city center. This is all I can say against it.

Overpriced for the quality

It was in a great location. The breakfast was super. The staff were most helpful, giving directions etc. Martina was brilliant.

Location was very good - it was in the city centre but away from tourist streets on very quit street. Close to the beach, restaurants. It was very nice and cleans. Bathroom was amazing - with good shampoo and conditioner. Full kitchen.

the place was really big, near the apartment we found a nice coffee and it was really close to the center

There is no parking, but we were able to park in a few blocks, the parking there is paid, so you need to have coins.

The location is great and the property is easy to find. I strongly recommend using their parking service because it makes things much easier.

For the price, I would have expected a little more, especially since we have to take care of the trash ourselves. Have to be careful because everything in the room comes with a cost, so don’t open anything you are not willing to pay for.

Perfect location in walking distance to beach, port, restaurants, bars, shops… Very friendly receptionists gave us some useful tips about places to go.The room was very spacious, cleaned every other day, with enough towels and good shower gels. We had a nice balcony and a kind of a walk in closet. Coffee machine was also a nice touch. Across the street is a bakery with really good Sicilian pastries.I highly recommend, good value for money for sure!

Accommodation was very nice, had everything we required for a stay. Very close to main streets of old town palermo. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and offered to organise tours and trips for us. They let us check in early as our room was ready, and agreed to hold our bags for several hours after we checked out, as our flight wasn't till late.

Perfect central location and extremely comfortable. Clean and bright. Staff were helpful and friendly. They helped organise valet parking for us. Everything was a few minutes walk away and slept peacefully there.

We booked the room at the last minute and got a room without a balcony. This was not a problem but we would have preferred one of the balcony rooms with a view.

I like everything - beautiful, new, clean, comfortable and modern apartments, location is very good, 10 minutes till main street with restaurants and shops.

I think a few coffee capsules can be made like welcome drink :)
