Great location, nice large, clean room.

No it was perfect

This place hit on all cylinders. Amazing location on seafront and near town center, lovely helpful staff, cute, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast on rooftop overlooking the sea and town.

Cost and convenience of nearby public parking were good. There were numerous very good casual and upscale restaurants nearby. Especially enjoyed a trip up to the hillside scenic historic town Erice.

Gadgets and appliances with lights on them, and curtains that didn't completely block out the light made the room a bit brighter than we like at night.

Beautiful location near ancient walls in the center of historic district. Walking distance to everything. Beautiful views from terrace.

Location! Good breakfast.

There was a rainy weather when we stayed, so we did not walk around the neighborhood that much, but the location is excellent, close to restaurants and the sea. The room was really comfortable to stay in, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

The breakfast room was facing the sea, very nice. Close to the sites of the old city.

They provided wrong information in mybtrip to Segesta, so I ended up traveling via taxi which was rather expensive.

Spacious room, wonderful friendly and helpful staff, great location, and an amazing view from the top floor where the breakfast is served.

Centrally located in the old part of Trapani. The breakfast itself and the view of the Mediterranean Sea are magnificent. The room is very spacious and fully equipped. The beds are comfortable, and the Wi-Fi works perfectly. Another advantage is that you can reach the hotel by car without driving through a ZTL zone. Parking is available near the hotel, if available. Parking is inexpensive and available through Easypark.

My husband and I spent three nights here. We had a lovely spacious room with a great view. The location is perfect - beautiful view and easy walking access to restaurants. It was very quiet. The staff are very helpful.

I didn’t appreciate how the cleaning team does not replace the large towel in the room each day (only the small towels). I need the large towel replaced the most as it’s the most wet and used.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Residence La Gancia. The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The sea front location is ideal and conveniently located next to parking and within easy walking distance to restaurants, sights, and shopping. Breakfast on the terrace was enjoyable.

Excellent location by the sea with beautiful breakfast room and good food. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean.

Our room did not have a view but we went upstairs to the breakfast area which had beautiful view.

The location is excellent—in the middle of town. The balcony has a fantastic ocean view. We stayed on the third floor, and the bedroom was a good size. The view from the rooftop is amazing.

The bathroom needs updates.

Beautiful property in the best location directly in front of the sea. Lovely staff. Gorgeous balcony on 4th floor for breakfast and cocktails with spectacular views

Recommend putting a table or vanity in the bathroom so guests have a place for their toiletries.

Great rooms! Views, staff, breakfast, AC, all exceeded expectations. Great location!! I wasn't so sure we would like it as we drove through the city but really a fantastic place. Didn't want to leave!!!

Plenty of space, friendly reception, super comfy bed, and delicious breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the water! Couldn't have asked for more. :)

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, with a huge variety, including meats, cheeses, quiche, fruits, juices, and sweets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location for restaurants and points of interest within walking distance. The town is very clean. Great rooftop terrace looking out over the water for breakfast.

Parking was a bit challenging. It concerned us that you couldn't use their tap water to drink. We used bottled water to brush teeth.

Just like the pictures, only better. The hotel's location and the view from our room, the quality of the furnishings, the delicious buffet breakfast and the kindness of the staff, all made our stay at La Gancia very memorable. We really got to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beaches, Erice and a trip to Favignana were all part of our Trapani experience, which staying at La Gancia enhanced.

The wind! Trapani is a very windy place.
