Small Queen Sizw Bed. No body lotion in the bath. High quality breakfast, but not a big choice. Expresso extra charging, not usuall this level.

The staff was excellent and the hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms were very nice size.

The drinks and food were a bit over priced.

Room was cold and HVAC didn't seem to warm it up. I have allergies and when they hit, I need tissues. The hotel like many apparently always leave a mostly empty box of tissues in the room and if you have a bout of allergies, they run out quickly. Upon arrival, the staff said we have someone here 24 hours for anything you need. Well, I needed tissues but this staff, has no access to the supplies. I was told they would bring some the next day. The next day came and went with no one addressing this issue. The man at the lobby started to tell me someone will come the next day. I told him, I had already waited a day. He did end up bringing a box of tissues he no doubt took from another room that was empty. It was also, mostly empty. I can see why they keep a box of tissues mostly empty as a way to save money and so someone will not take them but when I am paying a premium price as I did here, I expect premium service.

Very quiet, well equipped, great location, nice decoration.

The sofa was a bit low for the table and there were too many pillows on it, both rather minor issues though.

Privacy and cleanliness and rates were top notch. You can prepare your own food, coffee, and have focused time in your room.

On arrival, you will need to prepare a shopping list with not much options for grocery stores nearby. Breakfast is not included so you’ll need to rely on the coffee shop downstairs which opens at 8am.

Absolutely wonderful. Comfort, tasteful decoration, quiet, with a creative touch of hospitality, and great staff.

Reception Staff Experience:When I arrived at 2 PM from a long drive close to Czech borders, a tall male receptionist reacted in a surprising and unprofessional manner, stating, "Check-in is at 3 PM. You are EARLY!!!" I found his response inappropriate for the level of accommodation. While I understand that check-in policies must be respected, the reaction was unexpected, especially considering the apartment was ready and I was handed the keys without delay. The response felt completely unnecessary and lacking in hospitality.Additionally, although parking was included in my booking, the receptionist made no effort to explain how to access or use the underground parking. I had to inquire myself to get that information.General Feedback:To the company managing the accommodation: the apartment itself was excellent: spacious, clean, and well-furnished. However, I strongly encourage you to provide better training for your front desk staff to ensure a more professional and welcoming guest experience.Other Notes:There was no dishwasher in the apartment, but the cleaning staff did take care of the dishes, which was appreciated.

Cool design. Clean. Easy walk to the train station.

Breakfast was expensive and the options were very limited. There is no restaurant. The store inside only has beer available for purchase.

Nice people, normal quality breakfast, relatively clean room - we experienced worse places, but also better hotels for that price.

Too much space (who needs two bathrooms?). Instead it would have been great to have less used furnitures and a cleaner room (dust and some undefinable spots here and there, the bathroom bin was dirty, no additional bin for trash available, missing kitchen equipment).

The position and the breakfasts are very good. This was my second stay in that hotel and I would repeat again.

Wi-fi connection was not always stable, this point can be improved.

This is a very nice and new hotel in Garching. It is convniently located about 5 minutes walk from the U6 station so travel to Munich is easy. The hotel itself is in a quiet residential area, so if you do not have a car you have to walk to central graching for things like restaurants or groceries, about 10 minutes. The rooms are nice, modern and spacious. There is a nice common area on the ground floor where breakfast is served and you can sit and work or have coffee with friends in the evening, very nice. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good but quite expensive, but the rooms have mini kitchen so you can make your own, and the hotel has a 24 hours shop which is very nice.

The infrastructure is a bit problematic. Our bill had to be amended (we were charged for breakfast we did not eat) and the staff on premises, though they were very polite and tried to help, could just not solve this since the computer system apparently either does not work or is very user unfriendly. Eventually this was solved a few days after we left and we got our money back, so this is not that the staff did not want to help, it was that they could not help. The self check-in system did not work. Air conditioning did not work properly (did not cool), luckily it was not very hot when we were there. My overall impression is that the place is lacking serious management to solve these issues. Overall we would return, but these things should be fixed

Fantastic rooms , lovely breakfast , very clean and an excellent location for the city center, underground a few minutes away and local bars , restaurants for the evening , it could not have been better

Big room. Location far from city center, enable easy car use without traffic jam. Safe surrounding. Good breakfast.

Staff not doing what guest ask. Parking lot free not big, and usually busy. Far from city center. No dishwasher.

Interesting design, quite enough space, small gym and laundry in the basement

We have been staying there twice. During our first stay the staff was not very friendly, there were it guys who needed access to our room early morning and went to the room without even taken off shoes. Also the room/bathroom facilities was not properly cleaned during first stay.
