Park Residence

After a crazy day of flight cancellations we ended up in Munich from Gothenburg missing our connecting flight to Romania. We had to arrange somewhere to stay overnight at short notice. We managed to get the last room at Park Residence. However we were unsure that we would make the last check in at 00:00. We rang the hotel and the owner was very kind and reassured us (in impeccable English I might add), that it was ok to come late as the room was ready. It was a very comfortable stay, and a well needed rest.The owner was kind to help us book a taxi back to the airport for the following day and handled our stress with kindness and calm! I couldn't be more thankful for the help as the trip started off very stressful. Plus with 2 kids and a baby in tow, didn't make it easier. Unfortunately we didn't stay for the breakfast buffet, but I'm sure it is wonderful as well.Thank you very much Park Residence for the help and comfort. Good luck in the future.

The service was good and the owners were very kind and supportive. They also helped me to get a taxi to the airport since I had to leave very early in the morning.

Booked at 11pm as flights were cancelled and needed somewhere to sleep. No problem getting into room at midnight. Staff checked on us via phone. Room was perfect. 4 lovely comfortable beds. Very clean.

The staff is friendly and it was quite clean. The room was quite big as well.

The sound proofing is pretty bad and I was constantly woken up by the guest above me. The bed was pretty uncomfortable as they put two single beds together and they keep sliding away from each other making a huge gap in the middle for you to fall intoThere was no WiFi signal in my room even though there's a generic Telekom Internet in some parts of the hotel. The location is a bit far from Garching City Center and kinda is in the middle of nowhere. Breakfast was pretty generic and lacked options.

The kindness of personnel and property.

It'sa bit personal, maybe for others isn't an important thing. Being italian, the kind of blankets didn't fit my way to sleep. Too hot and sweating under them.

Room was clean and tidyBreakfast was okStaff was open-minded and ready to help. We were welcome at the late hour when we managed to get to the location. In the next morning, I could not have gotten a cab without their help and connections. (It was snowing big time and all public transport was cancelled) if you are reading this - thanks again! It was very kind of you and much appreciated.

Really nice staff, who went above and beyond to help us. We got into our room early and the host helped me get in, as I was carrying my sleeping daughter. All in all just really nice people.

We had to stay overnight in Germany because we missed our connecting flight and it was total chaos in Munich. We booked a room at 23 when the latest check in time is at 23:30 so we called immediately to secure we could check in even late and the owner was super nice and told us not too worry that he will be there to meet us when we come. The room was really clean and nice and the breakfast good and abundant. On the next day my wife had an issue and needed to visit a doctor that was organized in no time. She was also driven to and back from the doctor‘s location. I would be pleased to reccomend Park Residence to anyone. Great place with a fantastic service.

Nice apartment, clean and near to Munich city by car. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.Car Parking available.

Location was 900 m from the U bahn and as such not an issue . Some very good value for money restaurants in the are and from a business perspective a much better option than staying in an overpriced hotel in the city center.
