Marias Inn Living - Hotel & Apartments Garching bei München

Easy check in, super clean rooms.

A little worried about the front door not being locked in the evenings.

Owner rude and greedy.

Owner will get your money but not provide a decent room where you can sleep.

The room was very well equipped and clean, breakfast was good. It is located quite closely to the university as well as to the bus stop (230, 292, etc.). The staff was kind.

Initial check-in was a little confusing at the first glance, took me some time to figure it out (which was auto check-in). One has to enter the building to find the check-in machine in the corner.

Excellent location. Even if the hotel wasn't staffed, the automatic check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean, well furnished. The bathroom was perfectly fitted. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is really good value for money.

Self Registration for personal information can be done online minutes before checking into the Hotel. Self CheckIn is 24/7 and takes less then 5 Minutes. Cards are coded by self-service during a guide process as instructred by a large tablet by the hotel entry. Very uncomplicated, no issues

Booked a studio with kitchen, didnt get a room that resembled it. The room was ground floor and had a large balcony, so I was content anyway. Prices were a bit on the higher end, but the hotels quality checks out.

Easy check in after reception opening hours with a ipad. Cosy room. Clean and with love to details. Great breakfast and freshly baked glutenfree buns.

The coffee on the room was premixed with whitner and sugar. I prefere just coffee. The brought variety of kinds of teas compensated it for me. ?

Fantastic, big open parking next to the hotel. Not likely to overfill so drivers can plan on a guaranteed place to park. 10-minute walk to the metro station. Clean and quiet room. Great price.

Door to the bathroom was difficult to close.

Helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast options, clean and cosy, short walk from a bus stop and ubahn station, perfect place to stay if visiting, e.g., the TUM

Breakfast was good

No air con and room was so hot during night

Room was big

Twin mattresses pushed together and style was not very cosy.

The location, the friendly staff and the room was perfect for a short stay.

The breakfast most be improved… but I was OK for a short stay.

This hotel is totally digitalized, i.e. you check-in and out digitally with a screen at the entrance and you choose breakfast from a menu, which will be delivered to next day. It has two bus topes very close to it. There is a supermarket, LIDL, very close to it. Garching city center is very close to the hotel.

In my room, the shower hose was broken. The ordering breakfast system wasn't very convenient, however, works to some level.

The property is very close to TUM. Only about a 30 minute walk or a 5-10 minute bus ride. The breakfast was great. You can choose what you like and it it delivered to your room at your chosen time.

Very little. There is no air conditioning. But other than that it was great.

The location was good , close to bus stop. Near shops.Unfortunately only half my breakfast came . I enjoyed what was there .

Thank you for the wonderfull stay at your hotel. We highly appreciate the personal touch and exellent interaction with your team. The room we were offered exceeded our best expectations - spacious, bright, shiny clean, and equipped with a very satisfying practical approach. We will be happy to stay at your hotel again

Basically everything; the breakfast was very nice and I liked that it was very private. It was nearby my work at TUM, and had a reasonable desk to set up my laptop on and work in the evening.

The bed and blankets were quite stuffy, and the room was very cold when I arrived. It would have been nicer if there were some bed sheets provided aside from the full-mattress sheet, and then the one duvet. In particular, the temperature of the room was extremely cold when I arrived and it took most of the night for it to warm up, which combined with the relatively thick and stuffy duvet blanket, made bed sweats very difficult to avoid.

Very close to the U6 line and the local shops in Garching. Comfy beds and clean room. Decent room size.

The soap/shower gel wasn't refilled despite it being empty for two days straight - I had to buy my own.

Super friendly receptionist. Location ok. Clean.

Bed was a bit hard.Too many smelly sticks! Needed to keep the window open otherwise I couldn't have breathed. Which was a problem when it started to rain because it would rain inside, with the room being on the top floor with slanting roof.

position; rooms all renewed in a very nice way. Super clean.

breakfast served solely in the beedroom. Did we miss it maybe from website?

I have never tried this concept before. You order nine items for breakfast online the night before and decide on a time. If you say 7:00, the breakfast arrives at 7:00:00 outside your hotel door. The only thing I missed was fresh milk; otherwise, it would have been fine. I later discovered a slightly smaller breakfast with six items—"eco."

Nothing really
