It is clean, nice rooms, and is very close to U6 rail line

Nice business hotel at the U6, about 30 minutes with the subway to Munich city center. Good rooms.

Clean, well designed rooms, friendly staff

Julia Adamslei was banquet was extremely helpful. She explained a lot to us. How to use train system to go shopping and get to Merian Platz. U6 & U3.

There was no shuttle service from the airport. 75 Euros by taxi?. The hotel should explain if you go to the train outside. Customers can catch the U6 TO MERIAN PLATZ (MUNICH). THEN CATCH U3 BACK TO HOTEL. We spent 10 days in Europe most hotels offered free shuttle services to and from airport munich. The front desk staff was kind of dismissive when asking questions. Julia in the Banquet are was so nice to my wife & I.

Clean, easy to access, comfortable

Right across from U-Bahn.

Nothing in the surrounding area for food/drinks - however, going one stop on the train got you to a grocery store, bakeries, restaurants. Beds uncomfortable, staff rude. Internet didn’t work for the first day of our stay. No apologies or explanation from staff. The design of the WC is awful - glass door which means the entire room is lit up at night, and no door on shower, so room covered in water after a shower. Used all towels daily to mop up water.

Property does not deserve to mention about “like” i have

The all employes from reception to all others were so arrogant and not helpful. The WIFI was not working, there was no room service, the minibar was empty even there was no water . I had to go to reception to get a water. Never ever again. Dont be fooled just because it is a Marriott . NEVER and EVER again….

Disappointing

The AC was not working the room was hot and humid and when we asked them they say there is no solution They offered us a free breakfast But it was very difficult to sleep in the hot room for 2 days

Breakfast was very good. The location was ideal for a conference in Garching.

Personnel at the bar was not very friendly.

Easy to get on the U6 train to go into Munich- literally right outside the building- and the other direction was a 20 min taxi ride to Munich airport. Our cleaning lady was very sweet and the front desk staff were always ready to help with a big smile and they were polite and respectful. 25.00 breakfast we didn’t buy into but got on the U6 and went one stop towards Munich and there were two cute breakfast spots that were well worth the very short travel

A/C didn’t seem to work no matter how cold you turned it down to- showers are designed poorly- no doors and the spray goes right out onto the floor in front of the bathroom door soo… always a wet towel on the floor to walk on or always a wet floor. The water temps fluctuated. Mostly warm to suddenly burning hot. Not the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in a hotel but ok.

Stylish, convenient and comfortable. Nice place to stay for any event in the TUM campus. Breakfast was great and restaurant open until late.

Limited staff awareness on information related to parking in the area, and unexplained difficulty to arrange for daily breakfast while checking-in. Still polite, but overall not very efficient.

I didn’t like it. The hotel seemed practically empty, yet I was given a room on the first floor with a view of an interior courtyard. Additionally, Apple chargers—perhaps due to their power—did not work in any of the outlets.I usually stay at this hotel because my son studies at TUM, and when I visit him, I enjoy the experience of being here and spending time with him. However, I think that on my next visit, I will choose another hotel in Garching, where the management has better judgment, despite the kindness of the staff.
