Villa Scaduto Residence

Close to train station. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Good instructions and interactions with the staff.

It was great.

Friendly staff and helpful. Parking on-site is available for an extra €10 per day.

Verry accommodating staff. Conveniently they owned the adjoining restaurant. Comfortable bed. Air-con. Good variety of cold products for breakfast.

Limited parking and need to book at €10 per night. No window

Its very like classic USA motels on the road, with large room, comfortable bed and shower, clean, well managed, yet without much view. Secured parking is available on the back yard, yet may be tricky to drive out through narrow passage for some large SUVs, but its just a matter of carefull patience. Railroad station is just few mins walk, and in 15 min You will be at Central Station of Palermo. Good restaraunt is just behind the corner, sone shops and bars are available nearby the station.

Missed a good view from window :) But spent whole day in Palermo, and for short road stop this place is very good.

Room was clean and LARGE. Bathroom was recently renovated and great. Heaps of restaurants nearby as well.

If you are looking for a comfortable and calm stay, this villa is perfect. It is easy to get to Palermo and Cefalu from the Bagheria station. Close to the beach in Aspra. The apartment were super clean and we really liked the terrace on the second floor. There is also a supermarket nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.

Lovely room with lots of space. Attached to a great restaurant which offered a great discount for guest. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Sicily, especially if they are arriving by ferry and looking for somewhere to stay on the first night.

Use of terrace; on site quality restaurant; nearness to station; large modern rooms; very clean

Lack of information about eg bus timetables, tourist information office; local sites of interest on premises.

Private Parking is bonus. Clean spacious rooms.

Good location near markets, restaurants , metro . Easy to find a parking. Pet friendly. A nice terrace. There is a fridge in the room. A good communication in Italian and English.

Location for trains and restaurantsPrivate secure parkingBreakfast had cold meats and cheese and other unsweetened items - a rare change.

Roof terrace was unswept with overflowing rubbish bins and unclean tables which spoilt a good facility.

Guarded back garden for parking.Staff is welcoming and helpful

Door lock is not working properly. Loads of little comformities are lacking like more hooks for towels and jackets. There is no shower doors nor curtains so water is spraying all over the bathroom. Watch your steps hah

The location fitted us perfectly, the built in restaurant was very nice and the staff were helpful.

Good and clean room, bathroom modern, all looks like it has been recently renovated.Excelent free parking.

The parking was fine. Breakfast was good. The bed was a bit of a problem with the base being larger than the mattress so we kept hitting our shins as we passed it. The light by the bed didn't work very well.

See above.

the host was so kind and helped us with everything
