Cons -
- Need English speaking staff
- Our air conditioner wasn’t the greatest. I also wish I would have known in advance that you are required to wear a swim cap in the pool.
- No English speaking skillsMany steps not suitable for the elderly or those with walking difficulties( assured at booking this would not be a problem)Difficult to find

Friendly and helpful reception staff. good breakfast Private parking is available. Pool and restaurant in the building. We had a meat dinner in the restaurant in the building which was excellent with excellent service.
The staff and reception excellent. Restaurant fantastic. Location perfect. Available private parking an additional bonus.
Absence of lift to upper floors.
very convenient to the airport
Not a walkable neighborhood, but on the other hand nicely self contained with its own restaurant,
Great place to stay outside hectic Palermo yet still very close to the city.
The staff were very personable. The breakfast excellent.
The place is awesome and not too far from Centro by drive
