City Hotel Fellbach 24H CHECK-IN

A small motel not far from the tram station in a nice and calm hood. And fortunately there was no zero-emission zone there.

There's a lack of parking slots, about 10-12. The room was small and it was cold inside even when the heating was turned on. The room and the bed line set was 5/10 - it could be much better, but... I have seen much worse ones.

Very friendly and warm hostess (thu - sat), we had damage to our car and she immediately arranged for the police to come to us and take the report. Good beds, extra pillows in the closet, excellent shower, water cooker with tea and instant coffee in the room, good breakfast, clean towels every day, easy check-in.

Not a lot of parking space, but we did get a spot every time we needed one. Not many power outlets, just one per side of the bed, so we unplugged the night lights for our phone chargers.

easy check in , lovely hotel , room are clean , beds are comfortable, carpark is free , and is near to bars & restaurants, i will use it again for sure

breakfast Sunday start at 8:00 am , a bit late for people like me wich travel 700 miles a day , i need to be already in the motorway by 7:15 am , but is not a big problem, i can buy a croissant and coffe on the way , that don't put me off to use the hotel again :)

Check in was very easy. Breakfast was a feast and the lady very friendly and helpful.

No hot water in the shower in the morning (when I shower), the problem wasn't fixed and I wasn't moved in another room. The room itself is very small, it becomes difficult to move around the bed. I have tried a few rooms, they all have the same problem: falling wall fixings (toilet paper, towel rails...) and loose parts of wooden furniture. This can easily be fixed ! The breakfast was below my expectations: only soluble coffee, the bread was stale and you could tell some of the fruits and cheese have been there for a few days.ATTENTION: please be advised that if you pay on their website, the money kept from your credit card at the time of payment cannot be used for the payment at the entrance to receive the keys. The machine outside the building doesn't allow this, so I had to pay a second time. I'm still waiting for the pre-payment money back, and it's been almost a month (!). Yes, a month of waiting! This is unacceptable, especially for large amounts.

The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. She helped us change rooms when we needed to. Was nice to have a family taking care of the place. Breakfast was simple and good.

I had requested a ground floor apartment, which probably just didn't get registered.

Room was dark, not amenity, toilet and bathroom was narrow. No body at reception when check in.

Transport stop is near, to get to the city. Not small parking is available. A lot of grocery stores around. Room had everything we needed. Even the extra pillows.

Smoking place is right at the entrance, our room was above it, so we had to smell the stink all the time.Room is hot, hotter that usual in other bookings, and you can’t open the window become of the smell and for the noise from the street (cars running).

It was too hot and there was no ac in the room,we were not able to sleep.

It was clean, easy to book in, and easy to find. The staff were helpful and friendly. It's easy to access Stuttgart from Fellbach with two U-trains regularly going into Stuttgart,.

The room was a lot smaller than I expected. The fan wasn't great and no AC. I had to go looking for toilet paper, as very little was initially supplied. The TV didn't work

Located near tram, very clean and decent facilities. Appreciated the staff changing towels without being asked.

Lack of staff, place felt empty. No security on main door, could open main front door without key card at all hours of the the day. Curtains too thin, especially for a bottom floor so close to a car park with car lights etc. Very expensive for what we got. Understandable due to euros but felt a bit unfair.

Paid over 300 euro for a motel standard room. Taking advantage to a ridiculous degree.Staff outside smoking and chatting very loudly directly below rooms.

Arrived pretty late but the self-help machine is esay to use.

It's a cold night, but when went in my room, the window is still open. The sheet is really not clean enough, there are some white powders on my bed I don't know what is that but surely make me uncomfortable.

Great staff, Great breakfast, comfy bed and good shower. Close to the S-Bahn, 10 minutes into Stuttgart center and 25 minutes right into the airport

Traveling for work, could have been room as a work area for my laptop.
