- Hotel was across the street from the beach, and we had a lovely balcony. Staff was delightful. There is an elevator so no issue reaching rooms. Breakfast was delicious with fresh croissants and wonderful options for coffee, fresh fruit and sweets. We enjoyed our stay here because we have relatives in the area. The town of Patti is right there with amusement parks and playgrounds for children. The seaside Pizza restaurants serve wonderful food. People are out walking until late enjoying the cool evening temperatures.
- They are currently renovating this property. We stayed in one of the brand new rooms and it was spacious and comfortable. The work was done during the day when we were out and about so was never a bother. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The croissants were still warm at breakfast and were delicious. That there was an elevator was also a plus.

- Parking was across the street at the beach with no charge although later in the summer there will be fees. The parking was across the street because they were doing construction at the hotel.
- Arriving at hotel first impressions were a concern as parking area in bad condition , plants needed attention and some items in room need some maintenace but acceptable
