The room was comfortable and clean. The pool is great and has an amazing view. It's nice and well kept. The staff are nice and it is kid friendly. It has an old fashioned family vacation vibe like the a Catskill resort with entertainment.

The overall facilities need cleaning and updating. The pool bathrooms are dingy, stairs are in disrepair. The outdoor corridors to the rooms need painting and better lighting. The elevators are slow. It gives the hotel a depressing feel. The food is subpar. When you check in there are additional charges to use the pool/beach which makes it less of a deal.

Great view, great staff, and great location. Breakfast was good. The hotel was generally nice, clean and well kept!

We should have been informed when booking that during the week we were staying the staff are readying the hotel to close for the season. This meant things weren’t available. nowhere to order a drink or even a coffee. The bar was deserted. Bar person occasionally would show up. Usually just to empty stock from the bar. Even were asked to move from our spot next to the pool as pool cleaners had machines running all day. They really shouldn’t have guests there when they are closing up for the season. Seems like a money grab. Would have just been nice to know before we got there so we could have made an informed decision.

The stunning view was amazing! The staff was superfriendly! The pool was super relaxing! The barman at the pool makes amazing cuba libres ?

You have really nice views from hotel, pool and rooms. Staff is helpfull. Dinner is allways changing every evening.

Wifi connection is not great, it may also depend where is your room. Breakfast was not changing at all, with limited choise. We had a full bus of tourists joining the hotel during 2nd part of our stay, this made huge impact to breakfast and dinner due to the amount of people. Hotel does need upgrading and refreshment.

The staff in restaurant was nice.

To be honest we were so disappointed. The only positive think for us was that the room was more or less good. The surrounding was a one big disaster. The road to our part of hotel was bad I am not sure if can even say that it was road . The food in the restaurant was terrible our table was dirty . We checked out earlier because we couldn’t handle it.

The breakfast was an absolute disaster, only surgery cakes and baked goodies, the vegetables were not fresh, only freshly cut every 3-4 days in between the food from the day before was served and partly already rotten, there were no proper cups in the hotel for breakfast only plastic cubs which in todays time an insult to ecology when glasses could be used (single used plastic is actually forbidden in the EU). Additionally the cheese and meet options in the morning also had a funny smell and did not look like they were fresh. In our room part of the bathroom was broken. Additionally the bathrooms in the lobby were all broken and obviously haven’t been fixed in quite some time, only one stall was working and that stall inhabited a cockroach.

owners were so good to us. Apartment was equipped with all devices we needed. It was comfortable and clean. Proffesional. Free parking around the building. Could reccomend.

You had to pay a ‘4 star’ tax, something we have never heard of. The food was awful, and there was hardly anything left to eat @830am. No fresh fruit, coffee undrinkable and no forks to eat with. I had to eat scrambled eggs with a spoon.

The bathrooms are not being maintained properly. Fixtures are broken. Mold around the tub. Fixtures rusting and covered up w/ some paint. The elevators were not functioning properly.

wonderful view from the balcony, large room, excellent food, shuttle service to the beautiful beach with deckchairs and umbrella included in the price, excellent quality/price ratio

the hotel is far from the sea, but it is possible to use the shuttle service to the beach

Spacious Hotel on the top of a hill with a beautiful view on the coastline; besides it has its own beach facilities (stabilimento) on the beautiful beach of Cap Calava.

The breakfast was substandard, even for Italian standards: At half past nine, eggs, bacon and even bread (!) was lacking - re-arrival "in five minutes" was promised, but mostly did not happen. Servants seemed busy to finish tidying up everything at exactly 10 a.m.

The sheets and towels were clean. Most of the staff at the restaurant was friendly.

Breakfast was greasy, cappuccino was a disgrace. Dinner was cold, under or over cooked and way to expensive. The staff at te frond desk were unpleasant. There are no parking spots, just hope for some room avaliable agenst the walls.

The Infinity pool and the view from the balcony are amazing.The rooms are spacious enough and the beds are Very comfy.

There was nothing to like about this hotel, it should be shut down immediately. It is unsafe and unfit to operate as a hotel.

What an utterly ridiculous & dangerous situation parking is. We were anxious every time we returned to the hotel as each time we had to navigate the narrow rows and find a place to park which was virtually impossible, expect your car to be damaged. Whoever designed this had absolutely no foresight, this location cannot be accessed without a car (no taxis in this small town) so parking should be a huge consideration. Ripped curtains, took 5 attempts before they did anything. My brother’s room didn’t have a block out curtain at all, my parent’s was damaged and only covered part of the window - utterly unacceptable especially considering there is a bright light on the balcony which is on a timer and turns off at midnight. Average attempts at cleaning at best, we stayed for 7 nights, sheets were never changed, disgraceful. Stained blanket and crusty bathroom. Water glasses used on the first day were never washed or replaced. Breakfast was included and was terrible, run by people who had no idea what they were doing and was monotonous and average at best. Arriving late with a toddler we attempted to have some dinner the first night and were met with confused staff who had no idea how to accommodate our desire to eat dinner as it was not included.My 3 year old who eats everything was even repulsed by the food and refused to eat it, it was awful. This hotel is not fit for use, it should be shut down immediately. The handrails on the bridges connecting the buildings are loose and are destined for an accident. The lifts are unsafe, beware if travelling with children, the doors will slam shut whether you are in the way or not. It was like some kind of kids camp, complete with loud games and activities being run by large groups of children until late in the evening. After travelling all the way from Australia to visit family they were refused entry to join us for a drink and told to leave. We were booked in for 10 nights but after 7 we could not take another minute.

the location was fabulous and the design of the hotel - interesting

the car parking situation was a joke - the breakfast room was so depressing that we didn't bother after the first morning and the coffee was the worst in my life. there was no nice bar area - there is one next to reception but never any staff and you could get a drink. Luke warm water for the first 2 days which was ok as it was super hot but would not have been good otherwise.
