Pros +
- Location
- It was ok
- The parking area was easy to access, with ample bays to use. Breakfast was consistent every morning. Check in and out was very easy and everything was straight forward.
Cons -
- The smell of tobacco smoke in the rooms. The smell was even stronger in the W.C. with the air duct. I didn't see any smoke detector in the room so I assume there was no ban on that, but for non-smokers and having that smell while you want to rest is something that shouldn't be repeated. The place where I saw a no smoking sign was only in common areas but I didn't understand the logic of allowing smoking in rooms when the smell remains on the fabrics (curtains, mattress, etc.)The sound insulation was terrible to the point where I could hear other guests turning the lights on and off in their rooms. I heard customers in the rooms opposite talking as if they were in the same room as me. And when they pass in the hallway you can hear everything.I checked that the walls were all made of drywall, which wouldn't be tin-plated, but they must have forgotten to add sound insulation. There is a bar by the pool but they end late and even then they let customers stay as long as they want. The last conversation I heard was almost 3am and not even the double-glazed window isolated the sound. It's normal when using thick frames but then we use 4-12-4 glass to lower costs
- Evening food poor.Serving staff did not take food order correctly and one member of our party did not get any food.
- Without a car, the proximity to the shops and other restaurants is not great. This is also because you really need a car to get to the hotel, as the town does not have access to a train station.

Good location, modern , clean staff very helpful
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good food at the cafeteria downstairs.
FAcilities, location and food was wonderful.
The hotel is great and has everything to be a great hotel, but the staff needs to improve:1. Reception desk, we had a problem with how they interpreted the request of crib for each room and took hours to solve and a lot of talk, they can definetively be more helpful.2. Pool restaurant, we had a reservation with an early time that they accepted, but when we arrived they complained about the time, lucky for us the boss was there and they decided to help.3. Cafeteria, We ask for scrambled eggs for a 11 months baby and they had to ask twice the kitchen if they can prepare it and then come back and kind of threatened us telling that is was a one time exception. That´s not the tone to talk to a customer. Never have some many little problems with staff in my lifetime and I travel a lot for my work (more than 50 nights a year in hotels).
Room, pool
Breakfast was poor and need to book for meals during weekends.
Confortable hotel with amazing pool and good restaurant. Easy to work in the room.
The breakfast is not too bad but could be better. Air conditioning too noisy but efficient.
The staff, the location, the room, the pool. It was perfect
Free parking. Well-maintained and well-equipped business hotel. Spacious room and very good Internet. Bathroom with bidet. Excellent products (Rituals). Huge outdoor pool.
Quite a walk from downtown. No good power supply for the laptop.
good parking, clean room
restaurant poor quality food for the high price
very comfortable, clean room
breakfast was poor
We liked the situation of the hotel with big parking space. The rooms were okay quality/price.Personnel very friendly.
The food was not to our liking. In fact very poor quality and service was very slow probably due to understaffing.
The room was spacious and lots of parking on site.
The hairdryer is very old and the hotel is a little dated.
The room we had was on the ground floor which was easy for my wife with some limited mobility. A big, neat, tidy room. Wifi was good. On site secure parking was good. Beds were comfy. The lounge area of the hotel was clean and spacious. A lovely pool area outside which we did not use and may have been closed by now but looked lovely. All the staff were courteous and welcoming.
No toilet brush in the toilet, apart from that nothing.
Great hotel. Many hotel owners should spend a night here, to learn what a guest should experience.Good size rooms, clean, great and helpfull staff.Just a great hotel....staffed by people that understand their trade...
Leaving..Just a general remark.Parking in front of the hotel is free.In the room confirmation it is suggested there is a fee....but that only applies to the underground private parking
Room was spacious, good size bathroom.Freshly made coffee.
Fruit (oranges) did not taste well.
very friendly staff and the breakfast was great. also, although we were there in winter, the pool area looked really nice
is a little bit far from the city center and you need a car to move around
Parking.
The check in took a while. The elevator was not working. They told us that the restaurant was fully booked and we couldn't have dinner there. Internet connection was not good.
The pool and surrounding area is great, with lots of space and a nice lawn. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is ok, but fresh orange juice and nice espresso are included. Free parking with plenty of room.
It isn't a real 4 stars hotel, but more like 3 stars with a great pool. Our bathroom was not properly clean (e.g.: the floor had hairs) - they cleaned it well after our complaint. They don't provide towels for the pool. The pool timetable was 12-20, despite the hotel website said it closed at 21. Also, we could only be at at pool at around 12:30 and leave it at 19:45, as the planned timetable (12-20) is the lifeguard's day of work, and the poor guy has to do everything, from cleaning the pool to gather and clean the chairs and tables.
