Located in the heart of Dinkelsubhl. Front desk gentleman was extremely nice and helpful. Restaurant staff friendly and energetic. Would definitely stay here again!

Although hotel was largely unbooked, not so friendly manager rather stiffly put us in our 3rd floor economy room without offering us a better room, for which we would gladly have paid the surcharge if requested. (We are elderly) No elevator!

This is an amazing place! It is beautiful, the staff are so kind and there is the best mixologist behind the bar! He is fantastic- wish I knew his name! The hot tub over looking the town is majestic in the cold weather! The food is wonderful as well!! Don't hesitate to book!!

Everything! Right from the moment we arrived with the welcoming drink, till we left. Personable service and beautiful surroundings. We felt like we were the only guests. Breakfast was delicious and had so much to choose from.

The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate all our wishes. We checked in earlier, they provided information about parking. The spa area was really exceptional, quite and well maintained with a lot privacy, modern design and good taste. The whole hotel felt modern with a warm touch and historic highlights. The food was great and worth every penny. The breakfast was really good with fresh fruits, live cooking and a good variety of local and continental food.

Spa area actually with limited options, amount of beds way too less for the amount of hotel guests. Towels often gone, lack of cups for tea, etc. The hotel could do better.

The spa looked great but was chalk full. The room we were given could not have been nosier, located as it was below a staircase and entry to the spa, which was being cleaned until midnight. And I cannot help but feel as though they stuck us in full knowledge of the fact.

Great property in a fantastic location. Having worked for one of the world’s largest hotel groups, I can confidently say that this is an excellent hotel run by highly professional hoteliers. Service levels are excellent and maintenance is first class.What is notably good - staff, room quality, swimming pool, breakfast.

A very small criticism- I am not sure that housekeeping staff are up to the overall excellence of the hotel. A small criticism that did not detract from overall experience.

Beautiful Hotel with attention to detail throughout. Spa area is amazing as is the pool (especially when it is snowing!). Facilities there are great. Service was amazing, hotel staff super friendly and kind. Gluten free bread/options were also available for my friend.

Book it! Don't hesitate! This hotel is in the PERFECT location right in the heart of town. It is beautiful, the staff is so helpful and friendly, and the spa is a treat!! The breakfast was delicious, the best we had all vacation.For a fun experience, if you speak German, check out the night watch tour across the street in front of the church at 9pm. No reservations needed! :)Some helpful info: The spa closes at 8pm. There is paid parking €18 on the property in a secure location- I'd recommend just doing this cause the street parking isn't ideal.

The rooms were a touch small but we only slept in them, so not a big deal. The beds were also a touch firm for our liking. Regardless, we slept very well.

The location is excellent, and there is a dedicated parking space (for a fee), which is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious.

The only downside is that the room didn't have any shampoo. The bottle for shampoo was empty and not refilled. Other amenities were also not provided.

Just about everything. Morden comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, super spa and very welcoming staff. Fantastic location, I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Lovely atmosphere.

Nothing really, parking was a little expensive but not outrageous.

Amazing breakfast, room and location

No air-conditioning or fan. It was 33 degrees and we couldn't sleep due to the heat in the room.

The staff, location and facilities are all amazing. Very peaceful location to stay at for pleasure or business.

I had emailed in advance to notify of allergies, to ensure there are suitable breakfast options. Unfortunately this was not communicated to the breakfast staff at all and as such I did not have breakfast - VERY poor for a hotel of this standing.

Very high quality property. The studios are exceptionally spacious and well appointed. The spa area offers a lot of space for lying down with a book, relax and while away, especially in the afternoons when all three saunas are operating.

Because of the thick walls, the bedrooms had no internet reception while mobile reception was very weak, too - it would be critical that the hotel installs WiFi mesh extenders within the bedrooms. Another small letdown was the lack of croissants (the first morning there were just a few ones, the second morning none were offered), especially as we later discovered that the bakery across the street sells them.

Amazing transformation of an old house in the middle of the town into a modern hotel. The spa and pool is the obvious highlight, I am not sure there are any other opportunities to swim while being above the roofs of a such a historic town center. Just for that the stay is absolutely worth it.

It has a hot summer day and there is no air conditioning, despite opening the windows an hour at midnight it was uncomfortable warm when trying to sleep. Obviously a hard problem to solve when working with the old building. Also the spa as the highlight could've been open longer, like until 23:00 for example, instead of closing at 20:00 for no obvious reason when it was still nice to spend time there.
