Breakfast was a highlight. Very nice choices and service. I would rate breakfast as excellent.

Some kind of methodology to better suit pick up and drop off of luggage. No parking at the hotel and pay for parking in the street. We were directed to go outside the small city limits and park which worked well.

Good location in town

They had no hot water due to some construction and the whole town was out. However- we were never told and only realized when we were waiting for our shower to heat up and it never did.

This town is stunning and a MUST-visit if you are in the area. The exterior of the hotel and restaurant is stunningly beautiful. The breakfast is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was a let-down. Although large, it lacks style, functionality and the design is outdated. Overall the rooms need some TLC. I had to fix the shower head myself as there was a loose screw so the shower head noozle would stay upright unless you held it. It was a 30-second fix (tightening a screw) to resolve the issue, but this isn't something a guest should have to do, and it appeared to be an existing problem. The fit and finish in the rooms doesn't live up to the style in the restaurant or lobby and looks like they have been neglected and are over-due for an update.

This place is one of my favourite hotels. The rooms are spacious and reasonable. It is located close to restaurants and eveyhas a great restaurant on site.

Breakfast was good, but no different varieties. Even the wifi signal was not proper

The sitting room in our room 203 was not cosy. I would prefer a bigger comfortabel sofa to watch television .

Big room, clean and well located

Best location to enjoy Dinkelsbühl any time of the year, and especially for Kinderzeche and Weihnachten.

Right in the heart of Dinkelsbühl, the Hezelhof hotel offers everything travelers and tourists could want.

The hotel decor is very modern and do not match the period that the town represents. More period pieces instead of artistic furniture would go a long way.

Great location, friendly staff and a nice restaurant

Breakfast was good, but as a vegetarian, for a cooked breakfast it was limited for what I could have, i.e. frikadelle, bacon etc just eggs. Although there was still plenty of choice from fruits and pastries.

WONDERFUL Place. They allowed me to park my motorcycle in their Courtyard! They are right across the street from St.-Georgs Kirche. I seated at a sidewalk cafe, a few doors away, when musician set up at the Church's doorway. They performed classical music for two hours while I drank beer, smoked a cigar and enjoyed. The Goldene Rose is a very nice restaurant on one side and a great bakery a block away, on the other side. They are in the middle of town and a very nice walk to all of it's walled gates.

More central is hardly possible here, a really beautiful and pleasant place in the middle of downtown. Friendly rooms, a great backyard and very nice restaurant and bar. They seemed slighty under-staffed but staff was very nice and eager.

Of course it is (as mentioned) in the very centre of Dinkelsbühl and I had a room towards the main square with the church, I just would have thought it is a bit more sound-proof.

Breakfast was as expected. Location in the centre of the town was excellent.

I had a little difficulty finding the garage in which my car was parked, although this was probably my fault.

Such a beautiful historic hotel. So modern and clean inside. Everything was well maintained and the staff were helpful. The room was large and had a sitting area as well as a kitchenette. Our room had a street view which gave us a lovely view of the church. The breakfast was excellent too. Parking was available on the street just a few streets away.

The breakfast was a great selection. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and went out of their way to get us settled, direct us to the parking, find a freezer for our ice packs…. We‘d come back in a flash.

The breakfast organization was a bit weak. There was only one coffee machine which also provided hot water for tea and a long queue. I would suggest they get a second machine and a separate hot water source. Otherwise everything was great.
