Location ok

Room this time room was so bad I book twin beds but was 3 bed it’s so small room bath room was so bad

It’s clean and not far from bus stop.

They have to clean the table where people take breakfast

close to metro, also some dining options, store and bakery close by. free parking. staff was very helpfull

not the newest hotel and 3*, so cannot expect any luxury.

Monday and Tuesday morning the employees were friendly.

On Sunday night the employee gave another customer the same room and key as us and a couple entered our room.On Monday about 23.00 we couldn't found food and asked the employee for a pizza because it is written Pizza Service 24/24 but he refused us and we went to sleep without dinner.

There was night shift working guy was littlebit arrogant and also 1 of my guest came and he asked money for that.. they charged extra tax for 10 euro

Bed was clean and good hotel parking

We arrived and it no one was about apart from the person on reception, no one near the bar and no one was sat down having food and was really quiet. Stayed with family for 1 night so we could travel to the city centre before Disney land. Room didn’t meet expectations and not what you see on the pictures, also no lock on the hotel doors so we were a bit concerned with this as we had two children. Got woke up around 12:20am to people arguing outside of our room and people being really loud and banging doors. Maintenance not great and wouldn’t

Room was not finished exposed air-conditioning with no air-conditioning very basic but comfortable it was ok for what we needed

The location was ok. The staff were friendly.

The hotel smelled a lot of urine and the bathrooms as well. The corridors had a strange smell. And it didn't look clean at all. The furniture was dusty is the bedroom and also in entrance of the hotel.

some of the room are not big enough, the way we book them online there are some changes when we get to the properties but well, the hotels staffs they arrange which is good

Disappointing

Can hear all noises around, the bed was not good, no heater in shower, no hot water in sink :(

Never again. This hotel must shut down.

This hotel must shut down. Me and my family were itching all night. There were some sort of bugs on the sheets. We couldn't sleep at all. Came all the way from long distance and had to regret this trip. There were cockroaches in the breakfast area where all the food was.

Terrible

Dirty smelly rooms. No fan or airco. No fridge. Windows too small. And if you open it all the noise from outside disturbs you. The whole hotel has a very dirty smell!I would never go back.

The bed

Mosquitoes and the hotel is like a homeless refuge. The breakfast wasn't good.

Flexibility to accomodate 3 people in one room. Warm and friendly welcome from day staff.

Lack of second pillows the first night. The backyard could be well maintained...

Big M and Burger King is 10 minutes away. You may find some other Chinese restaurants and bar there. A super market is also there.

Breakfast is kind of disaster. Quality of the food is really not good. Fried egg was not added even after staff noticed it was empty for over 30 minutes. Plate was missing in one of the morning even there is at least one hour before its closing. Room has quite indescribable smell and the ventilator sound is kind of annoying. Isolation of the room is a disaster. I can clearly hear the high time of neighbors, even their words. Hotel said I can park my car in their parking lots, but the door was never open.

3 single beds next to each other: we were able to sleep altogether ( 2 adults and 2 kids)
