They did not clean the room every day, I stayed for 3days and they said they only cleaned whenever we checked out

Good for an overnight stop. Clean.

Most of the staff were really nice and welcoming. One other was bored and unwelcoming

This hotel was fantastic the staff was so lovely and so friendly the hotel had a very calm quite relaxing feel love the jazz theme throughout the hotel including our room which was very clean and fresh and quite big for us both. Breakfast was gorgeous fresh fruit to baon and eggs and warm pastries too and not to mention the coffee too yum yum ..few local shops around the area we took a walk round neighbourhood and found some lovely shops and was again very lovely welcome by the locals the hotel was ideal for us 30 mins one way for central Paris for about 20-25 euros and 34 mins the other way for disneyland which we drove our own car to the park for 30 euros for the day so hotel was situated prefect for us and we was able to have free parking for the car at the hotel I will definitely be back for sure definitely 5 star service from us thank you for having see you again soon

Bed was good , staff was frendly

The heat Dosent work on room , no small refrigerator , unclean

Smoking in the other rooms so the corridor smelled.

The room, especially with air conditioning in summer is so important. And during Olympic Games the price is ok

1. the location. There is bus 393 just outside, and after 3 stops u can arrive the end stop of line 8. it is ok but it is really too far away from the main Attractions. Every day we have to spend more than 2 hours on the way out and back.2. Bathroom drain. When u take shower, the speed of water going is really slow. And we have to stop many times to wait for the water, otherwise the water will flow out.3. the mattress are soft

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and a good shower.

No complaints. Was very happy with the hotel and would stay again.

Lazy and uncommunicative staff

The staff are lazy and uncommunicative. I stayed for 3 nights, but not once did they come in the room and clean, make beds, or change our wet towels. I had to go to reception to exchange for clean towels. The only time I saw the chamber man was on the day we were leaving, 8 am entering our room and again at 9 am, when check-out was at noon!Most disappointing stay!

Rooms were small and underrated. Only one room key supplied for a double occupancy room. Only one chair.

Larger room sizes, two room keys. Door of our bedroom adjoined to another customers bedroom!!!

Good size bathroom for the price.

The hotel is comfortable and easy access to tourist attractions.

Rooms arent cleaned daily, there was also no soap in our bathroom.

Cozy, Nice condition, Near the big market, Quiet, Good breakfast.

There is no hair drier.

If you want a budget comfy double room outside Paris with good connections, this is a good fit.Bed is comfy, bathroom has a modern setup with a shower. And the hotel is right next to a 393 bus stop with 3 stops to metro 8 or RER A. The hotel reception area looks nice with some cool additions like a pool table. They have breakfast which we didn't try though.

First of all you need to ask in the reception to make up your room. Simply hanging the "make my room" sign on the door isn't enough. Even when they did make the rooms after explicit requests, the sheets were not changed nor did they check for items that required replacing (like shower gel). You don't get water by default but you need to ask. We stayed 5 nights and it would have been nice to have new sheets when they made the room. So overall cleaning and room service can certainly be improved.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and big, parking is free and you can park in front of the hotel.

Staff is good and Bus station is very near to hotel. It takes almost 40 minutes to reach paris and good tourist places like Eiffile tower, Arch the trumps and so many others.

Reception staff is very nice....

In need of repair and cleaning

As you enter the carpet/ door mat at hôtel entrance is dirty. My room didn't look sparkling cleanliness either, carpet had not been property vaccumed. Large stain on the bottom of the mattress that show through mattress protection and bedding... l8ft need repair too... most of all A/c was not working properly and noisy. Moreover my room was not cleaned and bed not done or towels changed during my 2 nights stay...
