All the websites stated check in is at 12pm. When I arrived at 12:30 I was told it's at 2.

The bed was the comfiest! The breakfast was great! The staff is friendly! We will come back!

The room cleaning service was good, the additional coffee/tea was good

There was a black guy at the reception. He was very rude when we went to check in at night, he wake up very late. He just checked my name, gave me keys, but didn't say a single word with me. I asked where's the elevator was, but he didn't respond. He didn't show me the direction where the room is, his sleep was important. He was behaving in such a way that we went there to beg him for a room to stay. We didn't feel like customers.

We stayed at Hotel Campanile Créteil for two nights with our wheelchair-user daughter, and it was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences we've had.After a 7-hour drive, we were given a cramped room with no working fan or ventilation, a broken phone, and noisy neighbours yelling late into the night. I had to go down to reception twice to report it since we couldn’t even use the phone. The staff (Junior) couldn’t fix anything, so we were moved to another room — after unpacking everything.Unfortunately, the second room had the same problems: broken ventilation system, another broken phone, and later, a bathroom light that didn’t work at all. We couldn’t bathe or properly clean our disabled daughter because of the total lack of lighting, and neither we had a decent shower. Despite repeatedly reporting this — including to the Front Office Manager — nothing was ever fixed.I had to keep going from the fifth floor to reception multiple times just to be heard. We received no apology, no resolution, and no offer to move us again because the hotel claimed it was fully booked.Very poor service, unacceptable facilities, and a total failure to meet accessibility needs. We are requesting a full refund and do not recommend this hotel.

Receptionist was horrible. He doesn’t listen to customer. I requested Business invoice. He didn’t wanna give it to me.

The rooms and bathroom are quite small, but the shower was a struggle. The hotel is clean and close to a mall and a station.

The staff were very friendly. It was good value for money, bed comfortable despite being near the reception, I couldn’t hear anything which was so good. 10minutes by walk from a very large shopping centre and there’s so many options in what to eat and more. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Bedsheets were clean, bathroom was clean, so were the towels and it was great.

Nothing really nearby in the evenings apart from a MacDonalds, especially as hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant.

It was a nice, quiet hotel, and it was worth the money I paid. The Afghan receptionist was a good and very respectful man, and he helped us.

Location was great! And the staff was very nice especially Faycal, the night shift manager, the morning manager as well! She had a very positive energy!

Bathtub was tiny less than a square meter. Couldn't take a proper shower without bumping either on the walls or the doors lol.Breakfast was average, at 8:00 am not mych was left. When I asked the restaurant manager to replenish she said that they didn't have any in the kitchen...The price wasn't worth staying at this hotel although the staff was outstanding. Will not come back for sure,

Left my high end powerbank at the counter, went to the room and came back down. Was gone in minutes and they pretend to have never seen it while only one person was working at the hotel desk.

Good place to stay with free parking. The hotel 10 min away from metro station, it was easy to travel to Paris center.

The room was very clean. The quality was good for the price we paid.

The bathroom was too small and inconvenient.
