The location was good

They did not have the iron in the room, and I was asked to come down to pick it up.

location is great at Marne River

The intersection in front of the hotel as the approach to the hotel is a bit hard. Only one direction works fine but the opposite direction doesn't work easily.

Great for a short stay, super clean and spacious. Very close to the bus line and the train station. The staff is kind and helpful. The parking garage is a plus!

No coffee in the room, even though it was in the ad for the superior room.

Good parking (outside as well inside possibilities), the breakfast is very good and the hotel is neat and clean.

There are not so many restaurants around the hotel in case you would like to eat close to the hotel. But we used the hotel to go into Paris

The hotel was very clean, modern and practical.The staff was very pleasant The insolation with the outside was good. I couldn’t hear the cars on the bus road below.

Insulation inside was not good: I had a room that shared a door with the next door room; and I could hear everything that was said loud and clear!. A very serious issue due to miscommunication occurred btw the staff: Wednesday the afternoon receptionist said he was going to call a driver for my ride to the airport this morning. He said that he would let the information for his evening colleagues. But when I came back late Wednesday evening, the colleagues are no clue; so they hired a driver that worked with the hotel. However this morning 2 drivers showed up! The first one promptly put my suitcases in his trunk; but he was not the one that the hotel wanted to work with: the driver 1 was furious and would not get my suitcases back to me. I was stuck in the middle. The two drivers almost fought! I was lucky to even arrive in time at the airport. I didn’t blame the first driver to ask to be reimbursed, but it was a very stressful situation for me and it was due to miscommunication between the staff.

great location and good people. Terrific Portuguese restaurant 5 min walk away.

Free parking inside the property! Small but practical room! Very good location!

They have a big parking place. And it is for free. Relatively quiet location.

A bit to soft mattress and way to soft pillows.

Location was safe and clean compared to other places in paris.rooms looked clean, hearing was alright and value for money was good as well

The pillows very high, the walls thin as paper , i couldn't sleep first night cause the next door neighbour tv was too loud, the room was freezing the first night as the windows were left open.. Some facilities missing , at least a kettle so we can make a coffee,no iron, hair dryer very weak.

Easy to access train and buses

Walls were very thin between rooms. Could hear the person’s TV next door.

Rooms are spacious and it's not crowded overall in the hotel.Good breakfast.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth it, rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable !

Had to pay for teas, coffees and soda in the lounge - nothing provided in the room despite paying around £700 for 3 nights. Location is an hour away from Paris centre and always have to catch at least 2 trains/buses to get anywhere

Excellent breakfast.En-suite clean double bedroom/TV/shower-toilet was comfortable quiet with great views of lush greenery surroundings shimmering soothing sounds from locks on River Marne..beautiful sun rays into my room by 0530-0600h most mornings.Excellent peripheral motorways/RER A/Bus transports to central and rest of Paris.Under 30 minutes drive to Disney Paris.Beautiful walks along river and bridge across river to woodland park forest by river.Highly recommended.Will definitely visit again.

All good..perhaps could do with tea/coffee machine in room—though available by small communal exit lounge at a nominal price.

The doors closing were little loud.

Free underground parking.. the night shift staff was not in the mood .. the room was fine, the toilet was big .. The AC was not cooling, and it was so hot ..very small elevator

staff is very welcome, supportive, lining and towels are clean, different colour painting is really nice

it’s like suggestion to have electric cattle and small tea/coffee set

Everything, was so confy and the shower was excellent. Also the recepcionist was so kind and helpful, he assisted us to buy pizza over the phone and have it deliveredto our room.

The noise and the pillows.I had a room facing the street and it was noisy at night. Also the pillow was too tall for my neck.Everything else was amazing.

Nice and welcoming staff. Good breakfast that had what was needed. Trainstation a short walk away that took us into the city in about 20 minutes. Good parking facilities. I highly recommend this hotel!
