The free charger for our electric car and size of bed

1. There was no water at all for 1,5 hour when we arrived ( from 22:00 ). Something went out of order.2. The toilet was impossible to flush till the morning. Even in the morning it was possible to do it just once and after that water didn’t come back ?2. It was very cold in a room though the battery was very hot. Probably there is some distance between windows, which let the air go in. 3. The blanket was too hot. So under the blanket was hot and outside of blanket was cold ? 4. Very noisy from outside

Very friendly staff, decent clean rooms, affordable price, good restaurants at walkable distance open until late. Nearest rail station to get to Paris city is 10 mins walking distance.

Breakfast was running out quickly and lot of time taken to refill due to limited staff.

Nice, clean and warm room. Good breakfast. 15 minutes by train from Gare de Lyon in Paris. Good value for money.

Need to walk to the train station around 10 minutes, but we knew this when making the booking )

The staff is very helpful, they changed our room as soon as we told them that the initial room smelled smoke.

Products for breakfast was not fresh.

The receptionist (a guy with dark curly hair) was the best pet about this hotel. I am sorry I don’t remember his name but he helped us with the crib for our baby and he changed our room when we told him it was smelly with such an enthusiasm. Really bravo!

The area was like a ghetto, the room seemed old.

Location. Staff was always trying to help.

2 rooms: in the first one the toilet was not functioning. In the second one the smell was simply awful.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They remembered that I had a special request for the room (big enough to put the baby bed) and they made sure to agree with our request.

The toilet flush did not work well. the shower was not very convenient and you end up with a swimming pool in the bathroom. The curtains were a bit broken and also did not block out the light properly.

The hotel is quite far and we got lost the first night there wasn’t not signed to the hotel

The bed was very uncomfortable because the mattress was thinner.The bathroom wasn’t clean enough at the beginning

People were great and helpful, infrastructure to be updated.

No security box. Not enough to el. Everything is counted..

Staf is very friendly

Simple hotel, normally correctly priced, but the last time too expensive for this type of hotel. It probably die to the late booking.

Room was fine. Nothing special, but comfortable and clean

Staff. Originally told us check in was 12pm, then told it was 1pm on weekends when we returned. Bathroom door broken and would not stay closed. Shampoo was empty.

Really friendly, smiley staff. Bedroom comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a good selection, only wish I could have stayed longer for breakfast. A selection of restaurants opposite the hotel - Factory's is my favourite. Short walk to the RER with fast trains into the centre of Paris. There's a decent, but limited menu for food in the hotel if you're a meat eater.

The aircon in the room 207 didn't seem to work at all, so I woke up a few times too hot. It's Spring so not too hot yet but come summer that might be a problem.The free Wifi is OK for texts, but no good for a video call or streaming anything. My phone said there's about 115Mb for all the guest to share. So in the evening you might have 1 or2 Mb. I'd prefer it if you could just select paid WIFI as an option on the login screen and add it to the room or pay by cc.I would have eaten in the hotel in the evening if there'd been any vegetarian option on the menu.
