Location - next to the metro station.Kind and very proffesional staff - problem-solvers!

No eggs/bacon lefts for breakfast at 8.00 am both days.No fruit.

Location was very good for my purpose. Check-in was easy and room was OK.

Breakfast. There was not enough...well, anything. Food containers were empty all the time. There was one just coffee machine which stopped working.

Small and affordable hotel outside the main areas of Paris. Easy to get to. Located near the Metro. Free parking outside or payable parking on site.

Had no hygienic freebies like usual (such as hand soap, tooth brush...) The air conditioner could be much better!

Excellent location directly by the train station. Beds were super comfortable. Staff absolutely lovely. Very clean. Very convenient if attending any functions at the Grande Space Paris. Also for drivers, there is plenty parking for drivers, however, at the time I stayed they were mainly taken.

The breakfast was awful, but you have no other choice in the area so if you are hungry you'll have to make do. But that was the only thing, also the alarm went off during the night, as others have stated, it seems people try to smoke in their rooms, but this was dealt with quickly.

They promised to return my deposit after the checkout. But I didn't get my deposit yet and they are not responding to my mails and messages

The hotel accepted a large group of guests filling up 2 big buses. An for such a small lobby it was a nightmare to get the breakfast. We had a flight early in the morning and bought the hotel breakfast to avoid eating at the airport. Big mistake. We paid the hotel breakfast, which we could eat because there was no food at all, and had to pay again at the airport. When I say no food at all I mean really nothing, completely empty trays, no coffee, no orange juice and no water! And of course no place to sit. I made several complaints and till today zero answer. Awful.

5 minutes by foot to next train station

Except one easy going guy in the morning the reception staff's english was very poor and this led to wrong invoice content, namely my company address missing. Upon asking kindly to correct it, the receptionist lady instead of admitting her mistake, started to arrogantly and childishly blame me I supposedly forgot to request it and rejected to help me until the manager came and promised to sort things out until the next day. @management: please train your staff better - two guys in business suits with laptop bags = 99% business trip which is paid by company = company invoice needed. Every receptionist should be coached to offer automatically to issue an invoice on the company.For 130 Euro the rooms were poorly equipped, didnt even had a hair dryer, the floor was ugy vinyl, the blanket and cushion like from a prison bed and the "bathroom" looked like plastic interior from a camper car.The breaksast for 12 Euro was the worst I ever was served. Or to be more precise was not served: when I arrived a tourist bus group just left and the kitchen staff did refill nothing and both coffee makers broken. When I asked for some healthy options other then the few white bread slices, nutella, old cheese, Kellogs cerealsI was told they have nothing like that. Eventually I ended up eating two super cheap looking yogurts and a mint tea. The tea I had to drink from tiny paper cups like from a water server.

There was nothing to dislike about the property

Good hotel, great location and very good breakfast. Had the room for 4 people and that worked out great with the family.

The only downside is the Internet. It takes ages to get on because of all the info you have to fill out. But the keep asking for the info all the time. That’s annoying

We stayed here for one night. The size of the room was practical for us. They have 24-hr receptionist for late arrivals. The room was clean and comfortable.

The Wi-Fi is not easy to connect to. It asks you to register with your personal information and then says your info will be share if you confirm. I didn't feel comfortable with that, so we were not able to use Wi-Fi. The breakfast was ok. It was pretty basic. When we wanted to check out, we couldn't find anyone at the receptionist desk. We waited for 30 minutes, and no one was available.

Disapointing

The breakfast room is far too little when the hotel accepts bus tours. I could not take the breakfast as planned because nothing left and no place to seat anyway.

Friendly staff, great location only 2 minutes from the train station. Approx 40 mins into central Paris.

Clean and tidy. Quiet area. Easy access to train station

Breakfast was very poor. Very little or no choice. Cold sausages and running scrambled egg and no bacon as advertised. Had to eat out both mornings.

Nice hotel, very close to a metro station, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
