No room cleaning, bathroom sink didn't drain.

No room cleaning. The water from the bathroom sink did not drain and was not repaired during my stay.

I like the area the hotel was situated because it was quiet. And the bed was really comfortable.

Breakfast was horrible. Lack of choices and to have an omelette (No hard boiled eggs) you have to pay extra. Some of the food was cold and I had to wait 12 minutes for some hot croissants.

Location so noisy and no idea it was by a train and in an industrial area

I booked a hotel and when I arrived in the middle of the night, the reception told me that because of overbooking I had to leave the hotel it was 23.00 and they will refund my booking up to now there is no refund is being made 269 Euros for throwing out the clients !!! And not refunding and I was not the only one. Shameful

Good customer service, very clean room and convenient to the bus and metro station.

Very poor receptionist I found a receptionist who neglects his job he is supposed to do for a client . But so far of that because I found insults me from receptionist when I went to check out. where I stayed I had a 7 day parking ticket and I only used it for 2 days because the van doesn't fit properly from the height of the roof and it is stuck. Instead of telling me ok he told me to send an email so that maybe I can get a refund from the hotel because he checked out he can't give me the difference back. He also started a fight telling me to talk to the manager I will be blacklisted. I am really surprised by this type of attitude. I am a regular customer but this last time I booked in a hotel courtyard reception very ignorant

Location was convenient for the rugby match we were attending at the nearby Stade.

Unbelievably both the restaurant and bar were closed on the Friday and Saturday evening despite the hotel having multiple bookings for the nearby rugby match. There were virtually no other eating/drinking options nearby in the predominantly residential Creteuil area

Clean room and bathroom - enough lights in the room - plugs at each side of the bed which is perfect for a couple. Really enjoy the large bed. We were able to find a parking slot near by the hotel (which was free I believe).

This could have been a great stay but as it was a Saturday neither the bar or the restaurant were open!!We were told this was because it was a business hotel- it might have good to have been warned of this before booking. We chose this hotel as it was opposite a sports ground where a European rugby match was to take place.- we booked specifically as it was close to the ground. There were any other rugby supporters there too but no restaurant or bar available to us! The check in guy who was lovely was rushed off his feet checking people in, heating up food from a fridge where you could get snacks and getting residents wine and beer as the both the bar and restaurant closed! Actually quite incredible!!

A perfect location for us to see Quins play Racing - which is right next to the hotel. However, there are no restaurants close by and the centre of town is a 20 min walk away. The hotel has a secure car park for an extra charge of €15.The staff were charming, helpful and excellent and sorted out a minor issue we had.The room was fine with everything you would need and importantly, a good shower. There was a mini mart with drink and food available including a pizza oven.

Our room faced the railway line which was a little noisy but did not disturb us.The breakfast options were extensive for both hot and cold choices. It was all fine without being great compared to some other similar hotels we have used - but certainly not a negative. The bar was fine but with limited seating and drink choices- again not a negative though.

No restaurant or bar is not acceptable for a supposedly 4* hotel in 2024. There were no nearby food options so many guests just went hungry. Really poor.

No reasonable food options, bar closed for the weekend. This is really poor.

Good for the area in which I needed to be.

Bookings.com resumee of the hotel facilities included restaurant and bar. This was correct but neither were open! I was aware that the area where the hotel was located was a business district but it was where I needed to be. This should not have been a problem as the hotel facilities included what was needed. This is a formal complaint to Bookings.com which requires an explanation and apology for offering misleading information.

Location was excellent as we were in Paris for the Racing 92 v Harlequins game at Creteil. The staff - and the manager in particular - were superb.

The bar and restaurant were closed on a Saturday evening. That was extremely disappointing.

For the evening, disappointed that the restaurant and bar were not open - food and drink only available from self service and this led to long queues at reception to pay.

Clean and well run hotel. Excellent breakfast. Ideally located for the local sports areana

The bar in the hotel was closed and the mini bar in room was empty. While there was an option to acquire a limited drink selection via a mini bar at reception, it’s not the same as being able to purchase what you prefer from a bar.

In the whole hotel, but especially downstairs, there is a very unpleasant smell. The breakfast is very uninspiring and the bedroom very noisy because of the train slap next-door.
