The staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly even at the end of very long shifts they were smiling. Hotel was spotless in every area. Room had a veranda, a/c worked, shower good. Enjoyed the pool bar and pool large enough for swimming, loungers to the side. Reception sorted out my airport transport. Plenty food and choice at breakfast and dinner.

The structure was up to date, very conscious about recycling, environmentally friendly, and well organized.

Just an observation — I would suggest adding an additional serviced restaurant focused mainly on a quieter dining experience, with terrace seating available by reservation only.

The breakfast and dinner was varied and well prepared. Staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were cleanly and spacious.

We were there at the season , the hotel was closing at 3.30 the day we left - evening entertainment was not available on two evening’s and the pool bar was closed from Thursday onwards in the week were there, think because it was the end of the season - would be good if the hotel could pre warn guests before their stay

Excellent friendly well trained hardworking staff in all areas. Superb wide ranging buffets at both breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool area with plenty of loungers available. Pleasant evening entertainment nightly.

Would have liked the jacuzzi to have been heated, i.e a hot tub. Even in a hot climate it is nice to relax in a soothing hot tub following a refreshing swim.

Location was good not too far from harbour. Rooms very clean… done every day. Staff in restaurant very nice & helpful.

Tea/coffee facilities in room could do with improving. We had only green tea & decaf but luckily we’d taken our own teabags. Some of reception staff were not as helpful as they could have been. I wasn’t well & didn’t feel I could walk far one night or eat much so asked if we could pay a small amount for a little food in restaurant but reception told us we were not allowed that… we were B&B only. Gave us a map of area but sent us in opposite direction to where he recommended so we didn’t find it, having walked for nearly half hour. We were not told there was a gate at back of gardens which gave access to a beach & some restaurants a few mins away!!!!We found it accidentally after a few days. There was no info in rooms about the area so you just had to rely on other guests or find places yourself.

Nice clean hotel with very good facilities

When checking out , receptionist took our room cards and never asked did we enjoy our stay which I found very strange

It was a very well-maintained hotel with very friendly and helpful service. Although a little far from the airport, the hotel's location was very good. Close to restaurants, beaches and hiking trails.

Beautiful holiday resort next to the beach and near restaurants and facilities. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and I am looking forward to coming to the same place again on my next vacation! The courtyard is breathtaking with big pools, luxuriant gardens, tennis courts and little places with benches that have the best viewing points for you to rest on. Both breakfast and dinner are fantastic with a lot of variety, the rooms are comfortable and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Loved it.

That I couldn't stay longer.

All went well!! The breakfast is just amazing, the room with a balcony has the exact size and quality (loved open the door for the balcony and have the automatic disconnection of the air conditioned and vice versa. Very thoughtful on the environment). The pools, jacuzzi included, are at it's best.

The pool, the quietness and the cleaningness

Pool, staff-eespecially the pool, especially the pool bar staff.

The room cleaners were not polite and even when we put out the please clean the room sign they didn't prioritise these rooms. Also, the room was meant to be soundproof but was not at all.

Clean. Yoga, Pool and good snack bar.

No variation in buffet. How to turn aircon in room. No book outline facilities or information. No room service.

Spacious and quiet room. Large swimming pool. Free available parking. Good variety of food in breakfast. There is a bus stop right in front of the main entrance.

Kids invaded the spa and jacuzzi area because the swimming pool for kids was not sufficiently attractive to them. No natural juices in breakfast. Coffee was not good either.

Breakfast and Dinner were good. The location was perfect.

The hotel is a bit old and due for renovation. All in all it was a pleasant experience, just not worth the money. If it was 30% cheaper, it would have been a 10/10 accommodation. I am making this claim in comparison with other hotels at this price point at similar holiday destinations

Very clean and well designed with good breakfast selection and service. The hotel caters for a wide range of guests from young families to older travellers and all areas are clean, well maintained and very well designed. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The huge buffet selection offered for breakfast and dinner was amazing and constantly topped up. The food was amazing too at the pool bar. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. It was all good with regards to food, drink and entertainment offered and we were pleasantly surprised and exceeded expectations. Thank you.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

The food was plentiful and varied. Menu changed every day. The staff were helpful and friendly.

As usual guests would place totems etc onto loungers and then disappear for hours. This did not seem to be monitored even though the resort days it is.
